I am VERY suprised by this relatively LOW number on the Q. I expected something like Yale +300 Q -400 like the #15 seed MSU vs #1 seed BU line in 2007. the "eli" have proved to be a "dangerous dog" throughout the tourney with Kenny Agostino, Andrew Miller and Jesse Root Jeff Malcolm in goal and viuctories over top seeds Minnesota and U Mass-Lowell. the U M-l win was VERY impressive as the completely shut down the Riverhawks out shooting them 47-18 and allowing only 3 U U-l shots in the 3rd period and 0 in OT
BUT, ex for some problems with Canisius in their 1st round game where they had to comeback from down 1-3, the Bobcats have been rolling behind the play of Jordan Samuels-Thomas, Matthew Peca and "the Jones Boys", Kellen and Conner with Hobey Baker finalist Eric Hartzell in goal. Hartzell was absolutely "Kayopectate"against both Union stopping 18 of 19 and SCS stopping 33 of 34 against one of the top offensive teams in college hockey this season.
I think that "Cinderella's Wild Ride" comes to an end tonight. the Q already beat Yale 6-2 and 4-1 in the regular ECAC season AND shut them out 3-0 in the ECAC tourney 3rd place game. the ONLY end of the season "stumble" for the Q was losing to unranked Brown 0-4 in the ECAC semi-finals. unless Hartzell has a "disappointment let down" losing the Hobey Baker to SCS's Drew LeBlance, I see this as a easy 2+ goal win for the Q
I bet the Q -1 1/2 +125
btw, Yale opened the tourney @ 60-1 while the Q were 6-1

I guess NO posts indicates the "level of excitment" for this years tourney final. with the "Frozen Four" in Pittsburgh and the Penguins on TV tonight, I will be surised IF there is more than 5k or 6K "fans in the stands" for two "old ivy" schools that have already played 3 one sided game this season. only non-"Eli" or non-Q people might be a few NHL scouts

believe me, Nailed-it. IF the Yale kids stay with the Q today and WIN or ONLY lose by a one goal, it will be a MAJOR upset on a par with Michigan State over Boston College in 2007 or Lake Superior State over Boston University in 1994.

I would say Quinnipac PL seems too easy. But, I don't think this game will have a lot of action on it! So your bet should be safe. That being said, one of my exs, who I hate, went to Quinnipac. So f*** them! Lol.

I'm kinda with you, jdr016. this whole Q "program" smells of yuppy-puppy hedge fund billionaire alumni money BUYING PLAYERS. Hartzell, a Minnesota boy, is ready to sign with North Dakota and suddenly switches to Q? Jordan Samuels-Thomas, leading scorer @ Bowling Green transfers even though he has to sit a year? something "fishy". "the Georgetown of College Hockey"

I can't BELIVE it!!! puck sitting in Yale crease with Malcome "half way to Homestead" and the Q didn't SEE it!!! was a "tap in"!!!. Yale kills the penalty STILL 0-0
