I'm tempted to start looking at these team totals too but betUS has some crazy juice on those bets.  Thinking about switching over to 5dimes, especially now that its hockey season.

Yes, the juice can be significant, but you have to look at value a little bit differently.  Here's an example:

 

Washington to win...the ML could be -170 but the O3 just -120

If they lose 5-4 you win with the TT.  Odds are they won't win 2-1 since that is not the way the Caps do their winning for the most part.  You have to use your mind to analyze various outcomes and the odds attached to each.  Good luck

I completely understand this theory, which is why I love looking at these types of bets. I think its a great way to get rid of some of the juice and actually increase your chances of winning.  But I'm just comparing your juice to mine.  For instance, betUS odds on your bets are as follow:

NYI TT u2.5 (-120)
NJD TT o2.5 (-140)
PHI TT o3 (-150)
WAS TT o3 (-145)
Not juice I'm willing to pay for right now.  Thats why I'm looking hard at 5dimes.  Anyone else have any other suggestions for good juice on TT?

I see (and saw) your point but thanks for bringing the evidence  ...those books are just looking to cash in on you either way.  Avoid avoid avoid.  Pinny gives its clients a 10 cent line on most team totals and that is MORE than generous considering the relative ease which accompanies the capping of what is, essentially, one team's goalie/defense against the other's attack.

Don't know a good book for an American though

Ice  follow his directions and you will definitely find it.  Exactly one block west of Spadina on Harbord (which is 2 lights south of Bloor St. and Spadina subway).  There is a Royal Bank on the corner of Spadina and Harbord, go West one block from there.

Hi Rick, I think the safest to PUSH is Washington Over 3 but I put the same amount on each

JP  you and I seem to have gotten off to the roughest starts... win or lose today I really feel good about the decision to stick to totals since I have a record of some success with them... shouldn't have been lulled into betting sides in the first place damnit... lol
