Yesterday 1-1 The Wild got their W. Lou beat Marty.
The Vancouver season has been a tale of two halves so far, the we-are-injured-and-without-Lou half and the we-are healthy-with-Lou half. It has become clear that the return of Lou to form coupled with the Twin and others back from injury has had a tremendous effect on this team. They have scored 4 or more goals in 5 of their last 7 games and collected 5 Ws in the process. The Flyers on the other hand have lost 5 of 6 of late and are having problems scoring. The Cannots are playing B2B which is a consideration but the Flyers have injuries. I'm thinking Vancouver is riding a high after blanking NJ last night and may have something left in the tank.

The best road team in the league lands in the desert tonite and the way they have been scoring of late it makes me think they'll bag another win tonite. Calgary has outscored their opponents 12-3 in they last 3 games while grabbing 2 shutouts. The Dogs have been inconsistent lately and have a mediocre home record at 8-5.

Last week Montreal lost 3-0 at home to the Laffs . Buffalo beat the Laffs 3-0 in Toronto. Say no more.
