Michalek still in the lineup despite receiving multiple accidental head shots from Riinaldo. 

Martin being out is likely a plus with how his season, and especially this playoff had gone.  If he is not truly injured he should be benched regardless.  He has dragged down the performance of anyone he has been paired with this seaon.

I would not be surprised to see 7 defensemen again, but not sure who would sit.  I can see them going with only the 3 centers again with the top 3 double shifting occasionally..
