BOS/TB over 6 +100 *two units* So, here’s my take (for what its worth and lately it hasn’t been much); The over has only lost once this series and that was in game 3. Two nights ago, the Bruins blew a 3 period lead on home ice and now face elimination on the road, that much we know. Since game 1, Vasilevskiy has a .926 Save% and 1.97 GAA as the Bruins have scored only 6 goals in 3 games. Fact of the matter is, for them to win this afternoon, they’ll have to risk opening it up in order to set the pace as the Lightening are averaging 4 GF per game while winning 3-straight. So, what I’m hoping will happen here is as they press their attack and potentially get a few past Alphabet here, they’ll also help us out by allowing more chances in their own end…and against a team that has already potted 4 goals in each of the last 3 games and 3.55 overall in these playoffs, this could turn into a game like we saw in Game 7 between Boston & Toronto.

My Bruins won't be able to hang, defensively, Chara has way surpassed the times for him playing 25+ minutes with the changing of the game. No Krug is going to be a huge loss.

VGK/SJS over 5 ½ -105 The Over has cashed in 4 of 5 games with the one game being a superb and out-of-character shut-out by Martin Jones. His numbers versus Vegas this year were terrible coming in to this series with an .899 Save% and 3.32 GAA and outside of that reverse-trend shutout he pitched in game 4, his Save % and GAA in the other 4 games sits at .849 and 4.27. Fact is, he has a ton of trouble with this team. For MAF, he had a superb opening period of this series stopping all 17 shots and then basically had the rest of the game off as the Sharks were so far out of it they didn’t apply much pressure. Since game 1, San Jose has scored 3 or more goals in every game and Fleury has had a .908 Save% and 3.08 GAA. The trend here between these two teams continues as we’ve gotten 7 or more goals in 4 of the 5 games thus far and through the series we’ve seen scoring chances aplenty and a combined 71 SOG per game between both teams.
