Two games I like today. 

TOR/DET O5.5 -175 Both teams on B2B. DET and TOR were two of the teams I mentioned yesterday that are clearing the O5.5 total at 50% or better and the O6.5 total at 50% or better. I'll take the O6 here and play the O5.5 at -125 or better if I get the chance live. For anyone interested TrackerA has this matchup at 63% O5.5 probability. TrackerB has this matchup at 65% with strong (4/4 indicators) L5 O5.5 and O1.5 1P historical data. The O6.5 is -105. While I think we can get a better live line on this game I am not sure we will get the chance so if you are comfortable laying the juice the O5.5 should be a good play for today. 

MON/TBL O5.5 -165 or O6.0 -120 Montreal has been tricky to pick totals for lately due to some solid goaltending. I like this spot because of Tampa with no travel and both teams' capability to score. TrackerA shows this game at 62% O5.5 probability. TrackerB shows the game at 61% O5.5 probability with good (3/4 indicators) historical data. The line is a little high for me on the O5.5. I think we will get a chance for a decent live play at O5.5 but I don't mind playing the O6 as well and splitting the bet between pregame O6 and live O5.5.

Posted this info yesterday but worth looking at again around the midway point of the season. 

NOTE - Teams like ANA, BOS, BUF, CBJ, CAL, CAR, DAL (add DET to this list after reviewing it again), EDM, MON, PIT, TOR and VAN have all seen at least 21+ of their games go O5.5. Most teams are at the 35-40 game marker which means that list of teams go O5.5 50% or better of the time. Also need to add OTT, WAS and WIN to the O5.5 list. 

Of those teams, ANA, BOS, EDM, MON, TOR and VAN are the only ones to have at least 20+ (or roughly 50%+) of their games go the O6.5 total.  Add WIN and OTT to the O6.5 list

That's a short list of teams to go O5.5 more than 50% of the time and even shorter list to go O6.5 50% of the time. So, while it may seem like games are going over at a high rate, we are seeing the same teams consistently go over. Recognizing those teams and when those teams meet is one of the ways I try to pinpoint games.

Today we see DET and TOR meeting who both make the 21+ O5.5 list. Toronto has 10 of 15 away games over the 5.5 total and 8 of their 15 away games over the 6.5 total. DET has 13 of 19 home games O5.5 and 9 of 19 O6.5. 

TBL has seen 9 of 19 games O5.5, and 7 of 19 O6.5. MON is 13 of 17 O5.5 OTR and 11 of 17 O6.5 OTR.

We might get a shot at a decent price on the Live O4.5 before a goal is scored in this MON/TBL game. Slow start and currently +140 O5.5

The O6 paid no issues and what we had there was exactly what I hoped for which was a great shot at the live O5.5 line for MON/TBL. So took a double payout on the early game.

If you are talking about the TOR/DET game, play the O4.5 -125 live. Pays out if the game ends 2-2. BOL.
