Tread lightly after holiday break. Looking at a couple today. 

OTT/TOR O5.5 -160 Line is to high right now and historically these matchups led to some tighter games over L5 meetings. Only 2 of L5 1P O1.5 and 2 of L5 meetings O5.5. I think we might have a shot at a much better line on this game. Both TrackerA and TrackerB show about 61% O5.5 probability. 

DET/CAR O5.5 -160 We will wait on a better line in this game as well. CAR can play tight at home so we should see better odds early. Both trackers showing about 61% for the O5.5 in this match up as well. 

Other games I will be watching for live O5.5 lines on are:

EDM/CAL

BOS/BUF 

Both of the aforementioned games are O6.5 -110 pregame odds at BET365. I think they can both clear, but I would prefer to wait on O5.5 if I get the chance.

Both of these games are at 65% O5.5 in TrackerA.

TrackerB shows EDM/CAL is 61% with strong O5.5 data over L5 while BOS/BUF is 56% with similar L5 data (BUF has been struggling to get games O5.5 in their L5) 

SJS/VAN Currently at -160 for the O5.5 TrackerA has this game at a 61% probability to go O5.5. TrackerB shows this game at 59% O5.5 with weak O5.5 data L5 (except SJS who are 5 of L5 O5.5) 

COL/VGK Currently at -160 for the O5.5 TrackerA has this game at 60% probability to go O5.5. Tracker B shows this game at 55% with mid-range O5.5 data L5

I will post anything I play live. Or try to narrow it down but with 13 games and everyone on rest with minimal travel there are a lot of division games that could stay tightly contested or blown wide open so tough to pinpoint which where live plays come in so we can judge game flow better.

 Was able to get a good number on the Live Boston/buffalo and the Carolina/Detroit +5.5, thanks for sharing which teams u are considering.

@MtTum - Cheers man! Glad you could hit 1 out 2. Maybe we can pick up some positive numbers with these three late games. I will be watching them for O5.5 lines live on BET365.

DET/CAR O5.5 - Cleared the O5.5 thanks to some life from Carolina. 

BOS/BUF O5.5 - BOS really let us down here. Plenty of time to get the 3-2 and then the empty net to get 4-2. That was a huge disappointment for us not to get this one. 

So far, we would be 2-1 in the early games with three late ones to go. Late games are: 

EDM/CAL O5.5

SJS/VAN O5.5

COL/VGK O5.5

EDM/CAL O5.5 - Struggled to get this one over the total. Was hoping for an EN or even better the EDM tie game to clear the O6.5 but alas like EDM does, they let us down.

SJS/VAN O5.5 - Early scoring pinched this one into a O6.5 play that cleared. 

COL/VGK O5.5 - Got the O5.5 opportunity as a live play if you were watching for it near the end of the first period cleared easily but also cleared the O6.5 with ease as well 

That's 4-2 for anyone with the balls to play them all today. The data is stacking up to show some juicy matchups through the Olympic break. Now there is some good numbers showing teams who are likely to see their games go O5.5. 

NOTE - Teams like ANA, BOS, BUF, CBJ, CAL, CAR, DAL, EDM, MON, PIT, TOR and VAN have all seen at least 21+ of their games go O5.5. Most teams are at the 35-40 game marker which means that list of teams go O5.5 50% or better of the time.

Of those teams, ANA, BOS, EDM, MON, TOR and VAN are the only ones to have at least 20+ (or roughly 50%+) of their games go the O6.5 total.

That's a VERY Short list of teams to go O5.5 more than 50% of the time and even shorter list to go O6.5 50% of the time. The over game is not for the faint of heart this season. The are tough to pick and the odds are not in our favor.
