Why dont the coach start to fine a player if they fouls someone, so that they can stop giving other side extra men ?

I hear ya!!!

Listen I know nothing about soccer. I just jumped in and saw a guy red-hot and figured, why not? But the problem is that I'm a jinx. I cool every hot gambler I ever tail.
