Loving Cinci this week. Also like AZ alot. Disagree that Reid didn't show a lot. That was a must win and cost his team home field. That being said I will probably lay off of this one. I also think the Pats take the game, i won't bet it because it could absolutely be a FG win and I don't love betting on my own team in games like this.
BOL
I loved betting on New England not this year, faded them a lot. Made me money either way. Bellichick think he gets it done, but by 3. Just my opinion. I can't wait until the Bengals shut all the haters up.

Do you Bengals backers think we need to grab -2.5 now? Or could that NY money possibly send it even lower rather than to -3?
AZ down to -1! Opened at -2.5 or -3.
NE opened at -4 and is down to -3. I would want more than +3 if I were to take Balty.
GL
I'm waiting on Zona, Baltimore I'm getting ready to take because I still can grab 3.5. I think you should take 2.5, because in all honestly I only see this line going one way
Up that is.

CIN will not beat the JETS its a terrible terrible matchup for them. Only way the JETS don't get it done is if the Sanchise turns it over and to cap a game banking on that isn't very smart. I really like BALTY tho! GL whatever you chose to play just beware of that NATTI play GL

I would appreciate your opinion on two things concerning the Bengals as I am leaning towards the Jets in this game.
Cincy has had a tough season with Mike Zimmer's wife passing away and then the unexpected death of Chris Henry. They left it all out on the field in SD the week after Henry died. The next two games they obviously didn't play well. Could it be that this team is just out of gas mentally and emotionally after such a trying season?
And what about the loss of Rey Maualuga? The reason why ESPN sucks is because they gloss over injuries like this one and barely even mention it. From what I can tell watching some Bengal games this year Maualuga was a huge part of that defense. This could obviously be a big loss playing a team like the Jets. Does that injury worry you at all?
Thanks for the insight.

Gillet Stadium is magical in January You might want to watch when they pan up at the rafters those arent afc title banners. Dont ever sleep on the pats or they burn you.
Yes i am a homer but i've watch pats games for the last 15 years and know my team very well Tom will have his A game and the home crowd will be the differences. Plus i've seen the ravens absolutelty cost themselves games comtting dumb pentiltes and mistakes

1. Not necessarily I don't think that they are mentally and emotionally out of gas. I personally think that the last game was a complete wash. The Kansas City game, which they played like shit in obviously. In my opinion Kansas City was one of those teams dead set on playing spoiler. Denver if we do remember had a good defense all season long and got lit up by Charles, who is starting to emerge as a force by the way. They did have a tough game in San Diego they played very well in that game. They played much better than expected from a lot of people besides me. They played well enough to win that game. Now that being said I think they get real fired up for this game and come out and show everyone something you all haven't seen yet. Like this idiot Jets fan says we aren't that good Can't wait until Saturday.
2. Rey Rey getting hurt does hurt, but not in passing situations as usually he was tagged out in those spots. Against the run he was very good though. Rivers needs to start playing better against the run. But again I think we have two very capable backups Jeanty who has started a lot of games for us and another kid who has pretty good range in Brandon Johnson. I think we will be ok with out Rey. He is only one player. Getting Peko, Geathers and Crocker back on the defense is going to make a humongous difference. Of course losing a player like him does hurt though, especially because I think he brought a different dimension to the defense, as I feel he was the unspoken leader. He brought a lot of fire to that team. I think that is one position we have depth at though so I'm not too worried but again it does definitely hurt. And no problem.
Carson is due actually we are due for a big passing game. I think we throw the ball a lot more than expected Saturday.

Offense looked pretty damn good against San Diego. I do believe our play calling was pretty vanilla. The Jets threw everything they had at us man. I'm honestly not that worried. Everyone else is in panic mode I'm sure as hell not. Think we get it done.
Def no need to panic, they showed the Jets nothing this week. Bengals are no longer an offensive team anyway. The D will roll the Jets this week and the offense will do what needs to be done. Bengals 20 Jets 7.

I guess you will be down 6 units. Why are you being so thick. Cincy peaked 2 months ago and they weren't that good then.
They kinda suck, with all due respect of course
When could you have ever considered the Jets good? They backed into the playoffs due to the fact two other teams didnt give a fuck about their respective games. Seriously Mark Sanchez on the road in the playoffs...ill pass

The hardest road of any team by far is Cincy ,If you look at the way the two teams matchup, the Jets have the upper hand.I was looking togo against Cincy in the first round ,pretty much against any team they mite play. Cincy is not that good.Palmer has stats but has never been a big time pressure QB .Overated Chad is hurting ,they have spent alot of energy alot of emotion over the last month that has to catch up to them sooner or later.
Not looking to much into last week is valid. But The Jets did own them ,and all there best players in the 1st half.True the Jets had alot more to playfor than the Bengals but Cincy didnt even show any signs of life at all. Bad weather? well if anyone should be use to it ,it should be Cincy right?
Defensivly the Jets are superior by miles. Both corners will shut down Palmers passing game ,and pretty much know one runs on the Jets .
Offensivley .Jets have a better running game ,and Cincy game plan has to be to get Sanchez to throw the ball ,get Sanchez to have to win the game. For them to do that they have to stop the run and the new found Wildcat the Jets used ,to there surprise effectivley last week ,And I just dont think they can/
We allk now what momentum does for teams ,it is the great equalizer ,and the Jets seem to have built up some on there way to a surprising wildcard playoff game.
I feel the Jets are on a freeroll, they are loose ,they lose this game there season is still a sucess ,Cincy on the other hand have maybe the most presure on them (besides the eagles) and are expected to advance ,they are expected to beat the Jets,They are expected to play for the AFC championship game. Alot of stuff going on with that franchise ,We all know wildcard teams are live and usally do well in this spot. and the way this scenerio is setting up it allpoints to th JETS

Intersting quote from the great Teddy Brueski of New England fame/ The injury to Wes mite be the worst injury the team has faced in years ,not counting Bradys last year,. He has become Bradys favorite target ,and has helped Moss considerably, because Defences cant just concentrate on shutting him down . ,The ravens offensivly are better than the Patriots ,and in a year where they committed alot of penilties ,made alot of mistakes ,they stillmade the playoffs,he goes on saying that the Ravens beat themseves in 3 or 4 games and should have had a 10 win season at least. He dont like the matchup at all ,the fact that NE is 8-0 at home in playoffs, has no bearing against a team who has played well on the road in this spot. What he then closed with is .Out of the wildcard teams he feels the Jets have the best shot of going to the Championship game.
I was surprised also coming from teddy.but I have watched him this year pick against the Pats twice ,and they lost, then watched him pick them to win and they did,.He still has a pulse on his boys ,very intresting .
Tony Dungee in Mike and Mike this morning ."The Jets have a very good chance to surprise some people. He loves the matchup and feels Cincy is banged up and doesnt like them in a big spot period. He went on saying ,that if the Jets go in Cincy win and come away healthy they will become avery dangerous team.
Again very intresting

there is no way in hell the Pats are losing their first game of the playoffs at home...
Eagles and Bengals look like the right side... i think... definitely have to disagree with the other two plays... especially Baltimore... they aren't going into NE and winning that game... i hate the Pats, but they are one team that is insanely hungry for a playoff win... Ravens are heading into a buzz saw...
