My wife makes a killer corn dip...great because it is easy to make and requires no work, just throw it together and toss it in the oven...get back to the game...and enjoy.
Add two blocks of cream cheese, a med-large size bag of frozen corn, a good scoop of butter and add jalepenos to your liking (i like a lot - spicy is good!). Put in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 min or so (until all ingredients can be made into sauce).
May not sound or look the most appetizing and people will be skeptical at first, but after the first bite they will be asking for the recipe. Not for you health freaks!

Dude i know that all too well......
plain chicken breast, plain brown rice, and a shot of udo's oil mixed with some olive oil gulped down like i am taking a shot out of a shot glass. It sucks but you gotta love the results in the end though
