their decision making has been so bad that you can only conclude that there is a mental deficiency on the coaching staff or that they’re throwing the game. They’re playing like my borderline special needs college roommate played Madden back in the day. These 4th down plays are so, so bad.
I was very suspicious of this change by the Lions to have Campbell be the play caller. Sure, it seemed to work wonders against the Commanders but of course was awful against Philly. It’ll be interesting going forward to see if Detroit is actually worse off with Campbell calling the plays.
