CLV has an interesting schedule: week #1 vs. Mayfield (their former QB), week #13 Watson will be eligible to play (assuming he remains uninjured) vs. HOU (his former team).
CLV's center Nick Harris is out for the year, a definite step back for their vaunted OFF line and making it tougher for Brissett and Watson to succeed. I have no idea of the talent/skill gap between Harris and his backup Ethan Pocic. I assume that Bill Callahan, CLV's highly regarded OFF line coach, will get the most out of Pocic.

So this Idiot Watson could have just settled with all the women last year before it got out of hand and have them sign NDA's and everything would have been brushed under the rug..Nope he tried to drag it out and plead his innocence and then finally agreed to settle with he accusers anyhow after a whole year and the NFL got involved to investigate it further.. and he still got fined $5Million and suspended 11 games..

Pocic is a serviceable run blocker, not so good in pass protection. Also he’s missed a fair number of games due to injuries, so he’s not the most durable guy.

My fear with Carolina is that everyone is playing for their job, because the HC Rhule is on the hot seat. Should they win and get it going, great. But if things go south early, could see it all falling apart due to poor doomed morale and a midseason firing. And unfortunately their QBs are meh, and the talented McCaffrey unfortunately has a bad injury history. Should injuries strike, that could do this team in.
That being said, I remember the first third of the season last year their defense was really good, probably because they dedicated so many draft picks to defense in recent years.
One last point - I was under the impression Rhule was an offensive genius. Haven’t seen that with him the last few years. He has had some superb games on offense, but overall the entire package has been underwhelming and disappointing.

Ruhle WAS awesome at Baylor..don't really know if he's NFL material..Personally, I think he could PROSPER at the right NCAA spot..I'm TEXAS..that HC ducks and Ruhle could easily help that program entering an Extremely tough SEC West.. Let's see how Panthers start..Nfc South is vulnerable with GOAT being so flaky and Arians departure..Division sucks..

I backed the Saints with a bet in March when I was flush, and backed them again in July. Saints have a strong roster, I was surprised to see Aaron Rodgers and others not gravitate toward NO, who is clearly a playoff team with a Top 10 QB.
I’m not a Deep South guy either, but if you offered me a playoff roster and a YUGE QB1 contract I’d be happy to make myself a legend in New Orleans. Surprised Wilson, Rodgers, Mayfield, Watson, and others didn’t try to gravitate to there.
