GL lady. I hope you stayed off those coaches during the off-season.
SD, Pitt, and Buffalo are on my early list (MN and Texans as well). Having a tough time with the Indy/Saints game, but the SB winner trend is a strong one. Welcome back.

Lady, as always nice to have you back good luck this year and much prosperity! I agree with your Pitt selection on defensive strength alone. I'm especially fond of the Charlie Frye start.
Great stat on that Bears Chargers matchup, thanks fro the headsup.

well lady i really am interested in ur insight and ur descriptive reasoning on buff over denver but i think denvers d will give them the field position they need to keep points coming and give the offense time to mold and if mistakes are maDE the right d to defend them losman wont have much fun throwing to DRE and CHAMP.,,.but i love the phi and pitt think hot picks this week,..gl this season

starting to solidify my picks....i dont think i can pull the trigger on Indy...I think Indy 1st half would be a better play as they should come out sharp and The Saints a little slower out the gate...but the Saints should catch stride as the game wears on....The Running Attack should be enough for the Saints to keep it close...
I like the Under tho here....and ill try that one out for size...

hey sportslady......yes,way to long.have been honing my skills in the CFL where I'm on a nice 20-8 run.
I like the vast majority of these. I like Pitt but feel the line is sharp.Den may own Buffalo but they are horrible in first road game of the year and I see Buff being feisty and will stay within 3 either way.
The only one I am unsure of out of your selections is Indy.Too many variables on defence and Ugoh has to show me sumpin' in place of Tarik Glenn.Plus,Jason David will be on opposite side of field.Payton is a smart gameplanner but I am also aware of their weak showing against AFC teams and the trend you cited.
Here's 3 for you..HC Payton is 7-1 ATS on the road
Brees is 19-4-2 ATS as a starter.
SB Champs who won 16 + games in previous season incl. playoffs vs. a foe with 6 + wins in previous year are 1-10-1 ATS in Game 1.
Still looking at this one.
JAX will roll and so will SD (too early for curse of Norv to combat the powerful trend you cited.)
Here's to another fun, exciting and highly profitable campain,Milady!
