The skins are dogs yet again...

Monday night:

Philadelphia -3 for 10 units... When I look at this matchup I notice that the Redskins have been dogs this year so far in 7 of their 8 games and including all 4 home games so far this season as well. That trend alone supports my thoughts of the Redskins just not being a good team this year as they books are giving this team no love. So whats the spread for tonights game in Washington as the Eagles stroll in town... Yep you guessed it as they are home dogs yet again for their 5th home game this season.  Now if you would like to defend the Skins here you go right ahead and preach to me that their other 4 games this season were against good teams in Dal, Hou, GB & Indy (Well at least we thought Dallas was going to be good), but the point remains as parity in the NFL has always been their as we all now that anyone can win on any giving sunday (unless your my lions on the road). To me though I just can't believe theirs only 2 other teams this year that have only been favs once this year (Cle & St. Louis). Washington's defense looks way overrated IMO as through the season they are ranked 30th overall (31st vs the pass & 18th vs the run) while their offense isnt far behind ranking just 23rd overall ( 15th passing & 23rd Rushing). Throw in the mix all the BS that has surronded this team this year from Albert to Donvan and how can you not like the Eagles who are cruising into town with Mike Vick looking healthy again. In Mike Vick's games he started this season the Eagles are 3-1su with the one loss coming against the Redskins @ home which was the game he got injured in early causing him to miss the next 3 games. I think that loss and injury will be one hell of  motavation factor tonight for expecting full effort out of not only just Vick but the whole Eagle team. Rest assured my money is being layed on the road fav's in tonights game as Vegas just keeps telling us how they feel about the Skins with all these dog spreads...POD

Redskins are favorite because the odds makers know the action will be mostly on Philly and they cant risk the 90% loss having the skins at -1, which is what the line SHOULD be......Im not big on this game by any means but Mike Vick didn't do shit for the qtr+ he played last game and that game was in Philly......Vick is a good QB but far from great......If he has to use his brain in this game then Skins win.....Skins at home off a bye with controversy around Mcnabb makes me like the skins even more especially catching 3.5 points

Not going to argue with the fact that u that the oddsmakers believe that most of tonights action was going to be on Philly. But I just can't help but notice how bad the books think this team is right now. If the books really wanted to throw a big curve ball here they could have just made the Eagles -4 to -6pts IMO. That would have created more controversy IMO. Not that their really should be any controversy IMO since the last 2 games Philly has played in Washington the looney Odds Makers had the Eagles as 9 pt favs and 4.5 pt favs....
