if you got two teams going head to head, of course one team is gonna have an "edge". how do you know what games to play?

Depends on the line and some other factors. In this particular case it was about the value. Very good jax redzone defense getting 10 at home against one of the worst redzone offenses was the key.

YTD OPPONENTS stats - games vs the team in question (YTD opponent stats in all games except the the game vs the opponent in question)

still a little confused on how you come up with the "true" number... if we are in week 10 and team A is playing team B... do we average out all of the teams they have faced?? seems like a lot of work later in the season... or am i looking at it the wrong way? this would help thank you

Actually it works a little bit better in the NCAAF (1% better so far this season). The problem is, it is very time consumming, as I do everything by hand, and once I finish my NCAA card I am exhausted and I really dont feel like going on a posting forum and posting the plays. NFL is easier, with just 13-16 games on the board...
