Well the good news is....
1. They make millions now, and its not worth the risk to throw games anymore
2. One individual that attempts to shave points is not really having the game fixed. Fixed in my eyes would be both teams and the NFL and the refs being involved. You would be ignorant to not believe there is occasional human influence in some of these games. But to say theyre "fixed" is just as ignorant. And if you believe they are all fixed why in the fuck would you bet.

But yes i keep the option open fully that certain games can be "manipulated" by way of referee,player or owner. Or a mixture of all 3. To just automatically dismiss the notion that no game is fixed is to be rather "ignorant".But to assert games are fixed without merit needs to be dismissed as well. And i will only disagree with you on one notion.

Yeah possibly. Very interesting to say the least though. Got my wheels turning. This is 23 year old information though, anything recent??? This game has changed dramatically in the last 20 years and these guys no longer pay for peanuts. They do get paid well especially the quarterbacks.

I didn't look actually i just posted that blog about Moldea because he is probably the only investigative reporter that went as deep as he did. I will look however for you and see what i can come up with. Also what i would suggest is this.

There was a very attractive investigative reporter named Jessica Savage that worked for FRONTLINE a PBS broadcast, she was warned not to do a peice on the NFL and the MAFIA, she did the peice anyway, that night after the show, her car was found in a ditch and she was dead.
They nolonger need to silence people by killing them because they have so many brainwashed sheep that argue who ever believes something different is a kook and conspiracy theorist. They (The powers that be) have done a masterful job with so so so many of you.

In this decade, Tim Donaghy, a well-seasoned NBA referee, was CAUGHT affecting scores of games he refereed for gambling purposes. On August 15th 2007, he pled guilty to two felonies related to wagering on games that he officiated. And don't get me started about the NUMEROUS point-shaving investigations in college sports. My perspective on these things: if money is involved, especially alot of it, there's corruption involved.

SF been involved in 2 games this year where they've decided not to take points at the end of the game that have shifted monies.. Seattle has been involved in 2 games as well but the refs decided these outcomes. If I hadn't won on the GB/SEA dibacle earlier this year I would be twice as pissed
