They really dont hurt much at all. Except in certain areas they can hurt... I have one on my arm a half sleeve it didnt hurt for shit... the one on my calf i didnt even feel and the one on my collar bone hurt just alittle... but nothing unbearable..

If you don't want it to hurt, get it on the outside of your arm or back. Anywhere on the front of your torso and you'll be wishing you hadn't.
