Super Bowl winners next year....

Hey got lucky...had Pats before the season started at 9-1and then bet the Seahawks when they were 3-3...so that was a cool Super Bowl.........so my thoughts for next year are Green Bay 8-1...Dallas at 14-1...and Ravens at 22-1........any thoughts appreciated....

Unless the Cowboys don't get Darrelle Revis & Antonio Cromartie via free agency, this is not going to happen.

Suuma .......I feel the Cowboys beat the Packers in their playoff game and beat the Hawks on the road in the regular season,,,...they could've been there and played for the Super Bowl....it remains to be seen what they will do in the off season....but there is a reason no one has repeated as Super Bowl Champs in awhile.....

The Cowboys defense was bottom-five material. Their offense just did a great job by keeping them sidelined in most of the games. If their offense couldn't do that, they lost - Wash, Ari, Philly.

Dez Bryant and DeMarco Murray will hit free agency. Cowboys have just $7.28M cap space in 2015 (according to https://overthecap.com/salary-cap-space/).

My opinion: Let either one go and spend money and draft picks to upgrade the defense. With this awesome o-line, they will be able to score in almost every game. Many RBs will look good behind that o-line. They just need a defense that doesn't look like a swiss cheese against Mark Sanchez, Colt McCoy & Austin Davis.

I consider the Giants taking an o-liner in the first round, so you will get an improved Giants o-line with Victor Cruz and Odell Beckham Jr. on the outside. Whether Nick Foles or a different QB will be starting, the Eagles will have an offense that can cause damage against an average defense. Redskins have playmakers on the WR position.

If the Cowboys don't improve their back seven, they will be in major trouble next season.

So Suuma who is your prediction Super Bowl Teams next year??....would like to hear your thoughts..............

I love the packers also. Like the Spurs, they will bounce back after a awful loss.

If teams fill in their biggest needs, my initial (!) teams for a run are:

AFC: Pats, Ravens, Bills, Chiefs, Texans

NFC: Packers, Giants, Seahawks, maybe Cowboys (read above), maybe Vikes


There may be a few teams some guys will laugh about, but let's wait for some off-season moves to make a first real judgement.

I have some teams in mind that could win it all.

In terms of efficiency per single down, they had the best defense in the league. Of that defensive depth chart, there are only three free agents when I am right. Now they have one heck of a defensive-minded coach who knows how to play the Patriots and some solid cap space to upgrade their offense. This team reminds me on the 2009/2010 Jets - maybe the best defense in the league and a questionable offense. If they spend their cap space and draft picks wisely, they have a serious playoff team next season.

i like Packers and Ravens.

You do realize that if the catch was reversed...GB would have had 4 mins and 2 timeouts down 3 points???

Im guessing the game would have been far from over if the call wasn't reversed

Packers just got that feeling.  Rodgers and company will play with a bad taste in their mouth all year.  Rodgers might put up his best statistical numbers next year as well.  Summa, I really like the Giants chances in the 2017 season.  they are headed in the right direction but still need to rebuild in key areas.

at 30-1, i'll take a shot at ariz and hope palmer comes back at full strength.

Arizona were overachieving a lot this past season. Nobody should make the playoffs with that kind of efficiency on a single down. They need a running game and another playmaker at the WR position before they have a shot at making the playoffs next year IMO.

You are right about the Packers needs except o-line. Their o-line was top-ten material.

If Vikings get Adrian Peterson back and upgrade their o-line, they are gonna be a surprising team. Their defense was quite good.

They gave up too much games within their division.

1. Against the Eagles they were outgained by 121 yards.

2. They needed three fourth quarter turnovers by the Rams to come back from 10-14 down

3. Tony Romo didn't play for the Cowboys that game and it was a good matchup for the Cardinals because they were amazing against the run during that stretch.

4. The Chiefs win was in week 14. On top of that, they won that game because of a stupid referee call late in the fourth. They were outgained in that game as well.

At the end of the season they had the 8th worst defense, were outgained in 5 of their 11 wins and had the fifth best turnover ratio per game.

How is this not overachieving ?
