I'm not concerned about the weather in Washington.  The Redskins running game is for real and they're desperate for a home win.  I think they bust out all the stops today and expose Atlanta's poor run D.  Unfortunately, Washington's defense is atrocious and I'm not sure they'll be able to contain Atlanta's air attack.  The Falcons will match point for point and I'm expecting a lot of touchdowns.  My best model had a raw score of 67 in this game.  Don't be surprised to see both teams end in the 30's.

If you can get the Eagles +10.5 in a teaser, they're a great underdog bet crossing key numbers of 4, 7, 10.

I also would like catching IND +14.5

cheers was leaning eagles, i dunno if i can trust indy even though i know what green bay isn't what they once were, i always take your thoughts in to account.

will you be doing any parlays today?

also does it concern you that everyone is on the washington over?

I was leaning strong on the Eagles all week, but coming off a divisional win and going on the road against Tomlin coming off a loss and a bye is just too tough a situation to bet against.  I still think the Steelers defense is pathetic and the Eagles will get in the endzone a few time and the Steelers vertical offense should be able to keep up at home.

My models come up with some whacky results early in the season when the data set is so small so I manually adjust the lines to what I consider fair value.  If I were setting lines, I wouldn't set the Skins total much higher than 51, and that's exactly what Vegas gave us.  Still, I set it at that number with a strong lean towards the over.

No thoughts on the Bengals game.. yuck

9ers are one of the best teams in football and the Bills should be let down after blowing a lead against the Pats last week and then traveling to the west coast.  Ultimately with what the 9ers have on deck in the coming weeks it's hard to see them giving it 100% today.  I think the line is at fair value.. probably better to lay off.

Tennessee has been one of the worst teams in football but they've also played one of the toughest schedules.  I'm not sure the Vikings are good enough to be laying a touchdown at home.. so there's probably some line value on the Titans.  However, with what I know about the Titans this season and all their injuries on offense.. it's hard to justify a wager on the road.
