Last time I checked + 4 1/2 on a 28-24 final is a win, not a loss.  He missed on the "straight up win" part but if you bothered to read he actually hit his bet... love when someone clowns another capper for losing when they actually won.

He corrected himself later on by saying the ticket read +3.5 !

Line never went to 4.5
