Somebody tell me why I shouldn't bet all the money I've won this preseason on the Ravens in week 1

I'm going to state a disclaimer first.... I'M A JETS FAN.  Personally of all the hype in the offseason I feel like the most OVER hyped team in the league is the Baltimore Ravens.  They are not anywhere near as strong defensively as they have been.  LB's are OK but OLD.  Up front they are nice with Ngata and Gregg.  But the huge huge huge weakness is their secondary.  No ED is death for this team.  Zibikowski is not going to be the answer.  Landry is a good player but seriously Fabian Washington and Chris Carr scare nobody.

Now Sanchez is not a world beater by any means.  He could lose this game for the JETS but I think he will have an easy time as long as the OLINE which will still be one of the best in the league if not better than last year protects him which I think they will.  

The HUMAN FACTOR in this game is huge.  RYAN is a straight motivator.  The JETS D is going to be out for blood.  I'm not going to use my whole write up for this game in your thread but IMO this will be one of the easiest covers for the JETS this season but GL!

WAKE UP SANCHEZ NO LONGER NEEDS TO WEAR A KNEE BRACE    IF YOU TAKE ANYTHING IN THE PRESEASON SERIOUSLY YOUR MONEY WILL BE GONE IN WK1    THERE IS ONLY ONE GOAL FOR THE PRESEASON     DONT GET INJURED!!!!!   IF U R BASING YOUR BET ON THE JET/BALT GAME BY WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PRESEASON U HAVE LOST ALREADY!!!!

I like the Ravens here as well...

Teams that get hyped up are always a prime target week 1

MNF no less. Sanchez is going up against the best D in the NFL
If the skins D can clamp down on him, you can bet the Ravens will

pun intended.. I will take the 3 just incase its a 3 pt win for NY
but I do think the ravens will win this one

Games like this points are at a premium, so when I can grab + 3, I do it.

I'm not sure either team scores a TD on a drive greater than 50 yards and if they do, I think it will be the Ravens.

If a team is more likely to get a defensive TD, I feel it is the Ravens ( Flacco makes less big mistakes than Sanchez )

Preseason means nothing, unless your players get injured.
But they did play the majority of their starters for 3 quarters

so in terms of preseason- it was a close match up of what we would see in the regular season.. Yes baltimore is but the Jets are more hyped up than any team I can remember in the past few years

In Mark Sanchez, I do not trust. He cant make plays and when he does its bound to be intercepted.

I'm from SoCal and I've followed Sanchez's career from high school thru his years at USC and I'm very confident that Sanchez has some serious work to do before he takes his game to the Next Level. I'm taking the points and placing a small ML wager on the Ravens and Flacco on this game.

Why even ask this on a forum???

Grow some balls and either make the bet or don't.

Maybe use some of the money and buy a dog for company and advise on how to wager.
