Matt Ryan has twice as much QB talent as Joe Flacco.  Does Matty Ice always play twice as good as Waco Flacco?  No. 

But, does Matty Ice play better QB on a consistent basis than Joe?  Yes.

Does Matty Ice play twice as good as Waco Flacco every week?  No.

Has Waco Flacco outperformed Matty Ice heads before?  Yes.

Would I rather have Matty Ice on my team than Waco Flacco, if I was starting a franchise?  HELL YA

Flacco has 31 yards passing in the first half.

Ryan has almost 3 times that.
