I've been watching football for a long time and I've never seen anything like that decision Bellicheck made...

The only thing that comes close was Charlie Weis going for it from THEIR 40 on 4th and 16 in the 1st qtr.

You dont even go for that on MADDEN! I've never been so happy to get a push in my life, would Manning have driven the field if NE punted? Maybe, probably, it doesnt matter because it was 4th and 2 from YOUR OWN 28! This one's gonna be talked about for a long time...

i have no problem with the belcheck call..  He is better then 99% of all of the coachs out there... And for Rodnet Harrison to say that was the worst call ever just goes to show how low class harrison is after belcheck took care of harrison and his dirty play for years.

why do you morons keep bringing up the atl/NE game when it was 4th and inches and not a long 2, and you weren't leaving the best QB in the nfl with 2:10 left and 28 yards to go. there was absolutely nothing similar about the situations except they were 4th down

Total stunner.  I have never seen anything like that in all my years gambling.  First off if he was trying to get the ball back after indy scored, how was he going to save any time on the clock with no timeouts?  Didnt he think the colts would use up as much time as they could before scoring.

Doesnt matter how tired your defense is, you still have to make the other team go down the filed from their own side of the field, not their own 30.  Also what made him believe he could get the 2 yards in the first place.

Probably the worst paly call ever

Ya in madden i am on my 3ed year with the broncos i drafted Tebow and you can pick up 2-3 yards easy with him i would not even think about going for it

The point that no one is making is that Faulk had the 1st with foward progress

It was a ballsy ballsy call, but if the ref (who called the play BEHIND Faulk) doesn't completly blow the call, Bill looks like a mad genius

If he decided to go for 4th down then he should have told his defense to let the Colts score right away so that Brady can get the ball back. He basically told his defense that I do not trust you and you can't stop them so just them score and give the ball back to  Brady. I am going to win or lose with Brady and the offensive guys but not with you useless defensive guys.

Even if you only had one defensive player on a pogo stick, you punt the ball there......If you get beat because they drive 60 yards then so be it, but to even think about attempting that is freakin crazy.....................

 

What message did you send to your team and especially your defense just there......

Even if the spot was poor and they did get the first down they still weren't out of the woods......The Colts could have used a TO before the two minute warning and then who knows.....

You just don't risk that shit at all...

'd again by the Colts. Think I'm 0 for 72 combined with NE, Colts, Ravens. Always on the wrong side. I'm 48, been watching this since I was a child, I've never seen a future HOF coach go for it with a 6 pt lead on a 4th and 2 against a certain HOF qb. WTF? Never lost one like that before.
