What changed from last year lol, seattle is better and broncos are the same team if not a little bit worse. Seattle is going to run them off the field, especially after a road loss, coming back home...yikes. How could anyone side with Denver. Revenge? pft.

You do realize Denver has the smartest QB of all time on their side right? I'm leaning towards Seattle and the over but you can't just ignore Denver like they are some chump team, The way you are going on, You would think they were playing the Raiders or the Jags.

How is seattle better this year? They lost thurman, browner, golden tate, clemons and Bryant. I said it after watching them in week one against a terrible packer offensive line, their are HOLES in this seattle defense and secondary this year.
Onto your denver point. How are they worse? Because they lost decker and moreno? THey've been without welker the first two weeks, you know the automatic 3rd down converter, and still have won both games fairly convincingly. Welker will play and play well tomorrow, i expect him to be a key cog in them competing in this game. Sanders is just as good if not better than decker, unfortunately because of the injury to welker he's been playing in the slot where he absolutely doesn't belong, he is now their downfield threat, and he's a legitimate threat. With welker returning he will be on the outside tomorrow, where he belongs.
Onto the defense. They've been without travaython the first two weeks, and it has hurt them with mobile quarterbacks. Travaython is a key cog that people are underestimating. He's listed as questionable tomorrow, but i believe it would take an act of god for him not to play in this game. They now also have a legitimate shutdown corner in talib, along with 2 healthy pass rushers in von miller and demarcus ware.
You can use a different angle if you want, it's certainly never a bad bet betting seattle minus a short spread at home, but please dont sit here and tell us that you believe seattle got better this year. Their roster is not nearly as good as it was last year, and imo that will show up tomorrow.

The other thing that makes his comment about Seattle getting better sound so dumb is, How can Seattle be better this year? They won the Super Bowl last year playing champagne and caviar football, How on earth do you expect them to top that? Win the Super Bowl in style again? The odds of that happening are so,so, so slim, I'd love to see it happen as a neutral but it would require milestones of the highest order to be broken.
If they get back into the play offs that should be classified as a successful season, The past few years Super Bowl winners have failed to get to the play offs let alone Super Bowl.

welker is one hit away from retirement, and peyton manning is such a timing qb that i think he and welker will not be on the same page this game... aqib talib is not a shutdown corner, his is very talented but definitely not a shut down corner.. demarcus ware is on the decline and is very injury... the seahawk offense is better than i was last year with a healthy percy harvin.. but the real X factor to me in this game is Russell Wilson.. he is a lot better than he was last year which is scary, he just doesnt make mistakes his football IQ is 2nd only to peyton in my opinion... this will be a great game i fully expect denver to play a lot better than they did in the SB but when its all said and done seattle will still cover

Fair enough but you're not addressing seattles losses on defense at all. Thurman was their best corner last year, not sherman. Sherman is still awesome but like i said before i see chinks in the armor on their defense as a whole. I agree it will be a great game, but im going with the team that i believe is better on paper and thats denver.

Saying denver is worse then last year its the most ignorant statement of the century. Not even going to touch that one. Saying Russell Wilson is better then he was last year isn't a huge statement because they could have won the super bowl with anyone and or no one at quarter back during that game.

"Smartest of all-time"? Most overrated of all-time is more like it.
He was so smart he only lost by 35 the last time they played on a neutral field. Denver was begging to get beaten by a decimated Chief team last week. Seattle in Seattle is quite a step up, especially coming off a loss. Over confidence is Seattle's only adversary in this game... I don't think the quails Manning's throwing will suddenly improve. His pass takes all day to get there and in the SB, the Seahawks were waiting... This is pro football though, anything can happen, but I'm willing to lose betting Seattle not Denver...

their losses on defense are pretty significant but i feel they are the type of team where its next man up... think about it, their BACK UP LB won super bowl mvp.. that is just ridiculous.. they are deep on defense and play as a unit which gives them the advantage over most team... everyone has bought into the scheme and they play for the man next to them..

i dont necessarily agree with this statement.. russell wilson played very solid in that game, this team doesnt need him to throw for 400 yards a game they are not built that way.. all they need is solid SMART play from their qb, they need someone who wont try and do too much which is hard to find... like i said they have a team where everyone knows their role and has bought into the system and that is hard to build...

Manning +points......when does that ever happen? My idiot IQ is saying Denver but Seattle has the 12th man. Not a fair fight. I think Peyton likes it that way. Old washed up Manning. Poor old guy

Don't think for a minute that Seattle is who they were LAST weekend. SD played great.....Seattle didn't.

welker 2 catches 12 yards... told u he would be off with his timing with manning
