wat he is tryin to say is even with drew brees 5 int NO still had a chance to win it wasnt no blowout which it should of have been cause if you watch the game ATL couldnt do anything anyways but a win is a win on to the next games

5 INTs is too difficult to play what-if scenarios. the game flow, play calling, etc., changes too dramatically for both teams to say how the game would have ended up.

I'm not here to bash your pick, I've tracked most of your plays this season and see that you have a good read with most games

I have to disagree that NO was the right side in this situation.

Anytime you have a team coming off a devastating loss and have to travel on the ROAD three days later for a HUGE divisional game - I feel like that's a letdown spot waiting to happen.

On top of that you had Atlanta in a revenge spot - I think this team is feeling a little disrespected by the media.

The Saints season was on the line, and with that D, they have no choice but to dump it all onto Bree's lap...not fair. He's better than that, but at this point, he is like Elways was in the 80's....a super stud carrying 52 people on his back.....

Denver had poor running game and an average defense to support Elway in the 80's, also NFL was dominated by Redskins and Giants with their stout defense.

Domonation was the 49r's my man....4 titles versus the Giant one, and the Redskins "strike years" titles.....?

oh yeah, i forgot Niners in my last thread. Elway lost three Super Bowls to Niners, Giants and Redskins each.

Lol no the don't get credit for those. Brees GAVE them at least three. If Brees doesn't play the worst game of his life the outcome.probably was different. Who knows how tho. But definitely no credit for the picks... Except for the one that got called back for the offsides. That was a beast of a pick!!

got really huge respect for you known and i cancel units to add units according to your picks.  personally took atl and under last night, had to cancel out my atl pick following your no pick but no hate bc made pretty good amount tailing you time to time.  just wanted to throw it out there and don't wanna see a guy i respect much coming out complaining abt his lost or being on the right side.  winning side is the right side, losing side is the wrong side.

Ryan also threw 5 INT's against the Cardinals a few weeks back but Falcons actually pulled out that win.

This is all perception. You could just as easily say the Falcons won by 10 despite giving up double the yards and despite only converting one third down. Brees was held without a TD for the first time in 54 games and threw 5 picks, how was the Saints the right side?

It's all perception. All saints backers will love to think they had the right side but moving the ball in between the 20s means nothing in this league.

you can't win them all. you just hope you cap the game correctly and people that were on the saints did. very rare he throws 0 TDs and 5 INTs.

Nope. Atlanta was very motivated after barely losing the 1st matchup, have one of the best offenses in the league, and were facing one of the worst defenses in the league. Not to mention playing @ home. Also, they get no respect and wanted to show the whole league they are deserving of their record. Emotion/intangibles favored Falcons. 

Atlanta was the correct call here, and not just because they covered.

How was Saints the right side when they lost quite handily? You can't cap interception? What's the point of defense then? Turnover Ratios? Quarterback trends?

Okay, let's be real here.  I was cheap and just bet the ATL ML as -180 for a team who's 25328-4 at home or whatever they are with Matty Ice is dirt cheap.  I lay -180 all the time in MLB when Sabathia plays the Royals, why not lay it in NFL?

That being said, after watching the game I really felt NO should have covered or even won even though I was cheering for Atlanta.  Atlanta is so overrated and so garbage.  They never blow anyone out they just barely get by.  Such a mediocre team.  Drew Brees singlehandedly gave them that win, game could have and should have covered the spread.  Poor Vegas.
