Poor time management by the rams when they got the ball back with 1 min 33 sec left and just to kill 39 sec and give the Seahawks to come back and score a Touchdown.

 If you notice, the Rams showed no intention to run out the clock. They snap the ball with plenty of time on the clock. If they run the ball on 2nd down, the outcome would have been different
