We have two very bad teams here. For the Raiders they have huge secondary problems which allow big gains and for the opponent to sustain long drives. For the Seahawks they are a mess at o-line and QB. Jason Campbell will not play in this game and Tavaris Jackson most likely will see playing time for the entire 1st half or at the minimum the entire 1st quarter. Both teams still have starting spots on the line so I expect both squads to be motivated and to play hard. With that being said I am going to take the more talented team here and am extremely confident. The Raiders have 2 veteran qb's vying for the number 2 spot. 1 will be cut because Terelle Pryor will be the 3rd qb so this is the last opportunity for Kyle Boller and Trent Edwards to show Hue Jackson who deserves he number 2 spot behind Campbell and ultimately not being cut. Right now Kyle Boller has a slight lead but with a strong game tomorrow night Trent Edwards can overtake him. Both qb's have been decent in the preseason but I expect both of them to play very well against a vulnerable Seahawks defense. I expect Trent Edwards to play better than Boller but I also expect Boller to play decent. I also expect Pryor to get some time maybe in the final quarter and I expect him to play decent against the 4th string Seattle defenders but by that time I expect the game already to be well in hand.
Give me Trent Edwards and Kyle Boller playing for a roster spot over Tavaris Jackson and Charlie Whitehurst who know they have a roster spot and are not motivated to impress anyone in the last preseason game.

The problem here is EVERYONE has been able to score on the Raiders this preseason and even more so when they get into the 2nd & 3rd stringers....which will likely happen early tonight.
Flip side, Hawks offense has looked HORRID going up against a 1st string defense...but have scored when their 2nd offense comes in against 2nd n 3rd string defenses.
Whitehurst will get plenty of action tonight, and he's actually been the better QB this preseason and Portis hasn't been bad himself either. Hawks coaching staff n front office aren't idiots. They got rid of Matt & put Charlie at 2nd string because THEY KNOW the offensive line is going to blow chunks this year. Basically starting 3 rookies (I throw in Okung since he was an injury mess last year) If Matt or Charlie were back there, they'd be injured a few games into the season. A mobile QB is the only chance they have at very little success this season.
All in all, this isn't as cut and dry as you seem to be making it. Raiders aren't just going to come into Seattle and steam roll the Hawks with back-ups playing for 3 quarters.

We shall see. Feel very confident in this play even more so than in my 49er plays last night.

Just a quick note: 0-3 teams did not win yesterday. KC tied, and Jags lost on Thursday. Oak is 0-3...I would downgrade the units in this one if I were you. (0-3 record means the wins/loses against the spread). I don't think the world is prepared for three 0-3 teams. And Seattle playing in this game gives me the creeps (we didn't think a 7-9 team would make it to the playoffs either! Remember Seattle vs Rams the last game of the season last year?) Seattle is freaky, they catch you unexpectedly. And my last warning is that OAKLAND is playing monday night football next week.

As for this game, yeah 2 very bad teams. Flipped a coin...came up with Raiders. It's just as well, as I think the Raiders represent the better value at ML +160. I should stay away from games like this but I'm such a degenerate.
