BMW = MONEY PIT and a lot of for so much money. They build these cars to break. Toyota/Lexus make great cars 
 
Hey BBook go on line there is several sites that will kill dealer pricing. It forces local dealers to match the price you get. Good luck on your venture to get to the 45k though.
