It’s time for football once again. After a long offseason, I’m happy to say kickoff is just 3 days away.

NE -7

Tom Brady and the Pats go into Miami and face Reggie Bush and the Dolphins. In the past 8 games between these two teams, the road team is 6-2 ATS.  But since, 2007 NE is 6-2 SU against Miami outscoring them 290-161.

In the six wins the patriots have picked up against the dolphins, the patriots have won by at least 10 points every game.

The patriots are 4-2 ATS in those 6 games and 3-0 ATS when the spread is 7 or less.

Patriots are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. AFC East.

Patriots are 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 games on grass

vs Jets W 45-3

2009:

vs Bills W 25-24

@ Saints L 17-38

2008:

vs Broncos W 41-7

2007:

@ Bengals W 34-13

@ Ravens W 27-24

In the past 4 years the Patriots are 6-1 SU on MNF, outscoring opponents 230-123.

I'll definately look into it. But for now all post will be on here. I'll let you know soon.

I'll be on the other side, but I don't blame the public for being heavy on NE.

Miami is very under the radar and hopefully will be shocking a lot of people this year

Just something to think about..

The last time the Pats opened the season on MNF vs a divisional opponent on the road (2009 vs the Bills) they had to get extremly lucky to squeak out a 25-24 win.

last time the pats played at miami on MNF football.... 41-14.

Yeah that game was a 3 point game or so at half until the Pats blocked a punt and a kick for a TD in the 2nd half. Don't expect that to happen on the regular.

Fins also romped the Pats 38-13 at home in 2008. Past results don't gaurentee future anything

Correction. Miami was up 7-6 at half in that 41-14 loss, until Patrick Chung blocked a punt that set up an easy TD, then blocked a kick and returned it for a TD, and the returned a pick for a TD late for a meaningless score.

Not expecting to change your mind at all, don't really care if I do. We will all see what happens monday night, but IMO much better lines than Pats -7 on the road
