Scoresandodds had the line open up at pk, it is now Jets -2...The high % of bets are on the Bears. Now considering the line movement i would think the big money bets (sharps) are on the Jets. So all these threads saying "everyone is on Jets" is wrong...Everyone is on Bears. The people who who know that they are doing and have the big bucks are on NYJ. That being said, if u take the Bears then u r a fool or u just enjoy pure gambling and risk.Can the Bears cover? Obviously, its the NFL....but the smart money and your best bet is the Jets...Now sit down before u hurt urself

And yes, last night i took the over and it wasnt looking good halfway through the 1st qtr, so i made a thread making fun of over bettors. I do it all the time cuz reverse jinx threads work and u know it. When my bet is looking good and some a** hole posts a thread saying "this bets over" i cant stand it cuz u know he probably wrecked it..lol. If the.Jets arent looking good tonight i will do the same thing, although this bet tonight is one of those rare games that shouldnt really be in question

Do you read what you write? And it actually makes sense to you? I don't know how many times a person has to get kicked in the head to reach this level of logic...

That being said, I really wish you were on the Bears. I can't stand the idea that someone like you is on the same side of a bet I'm making...

And please go see a doctor, you may be learning disabled. It's nothing to be ashamed about, we all fight our own battles...

What an absolute load of bollocks, there's no smart money or public money, just winning bets and losing bets, people who let some stupid perception of what the majority or minority of people may or may not be betting make me laugh.

People who 'think' they are 'smarter' than everyone else are the ultimate SHEEP, as they can't make a gambling decision without referring to where money is going and then let that make their calls for them - dumb as garbage.

Instinctively going against what you think the 'public' are betting is every bit as dumb as just following the money.

The whole concept of share and square is just so archaic and dumb.

You're not 'smart' because you trawl through threads looking at what everyone else is doing and then do the opposite, that's just self-delusion.

I make up my mind, win or lose, no way do I let other people gamble for me.

Well obviously u cant just blindly bet based on public bet % but as a general rule, there are big money bettors who know a little more than the average yahoo on covers or the dude making $25 online bets. When u see line movent that indicates the big money guys are moving a line a certain way it makes me think that side is a better play. I already said that its not always right and sometimes the public kills it, but not the majority of the time. You are not good enough to cap a game based on your football knowledge, neither am i. However, some guys are decent at it and i will use their bets as a general idea of where to put my money

Nonsense, anyone is capable of researching a game and capping it all the info is right out there, and you have no idea either who or what is moving lines, all you have is what you're told, do you know what you're being told about where the money is coming from is true?

Nope.

I'm not relying on what anyone else is doing to make my bets either.

You guys actually use scoresandodds and pregame to monitor bet percentage? How can these sites be trusted + I don't believe there is a site out there that gives you the correct info anyways.. Just cap the game yourself and go with the play. Right now, pregame has 32,000 bets on this game apparently, I doubt that is correct and very far from the truth when you consider how many people bet on the NFL worldwide.

Nicely ahead thanks and rounding into form. And I didn't check where the money was going or who by once, because I don't care and because I know it makes no difference whatsoever. As I said people who pay attention to those things and then let those factors inform their bets are sheep.

You know what people who talk about public money and squares and sharps are as bettors? the ones who haven't got much idea what they're doing or much confidence n their picks and who are looking for reassurance from outside.
