If Zona can run for 150 yards in the Big Easy, there is no reason to believe that they can not leave with a W next week.

Now lets think for a second..why the hell would he use those exact numbers..

Hmmmmmm......think about it, it will come to you.

Sometimes not thinking before making a comment makes you look foolish.

Hint...check the box score from yesterday.

    lil guy?

How do you think the Cards did on the road this season..

    Any guess?

Do you research a thing that comes out of your mouth?

How many playoff wins does your coach and QB have?

Here is a nice little comparison..

    2008 Playoffs

    Atlanta- 24th in total defense
    Carolina- 18th in total defense
    Philadelphia- 3rd in total defense
    Pittsburgh- 1st in total defense

    2009 Playoffs-
Green Bay- 2nd in total defense
New Orleans- 25th in total defense

Tell me something..in 5 playoff games, which one did the Arizona offense have a bad game? Against some of the top defenses in 2008 and number 2 in 2009, which game was a bad offensive game for the Cards?

Warner took it to another level last night..I havent seen him that intense since last playoffs..I would not discount having us play on the road, in a DOME against a shoddy defense like you have so quickly.

Do you research a thing that comes out of your mouth?

How many playoff wins does your coach and QB have?

Here is a nice little comparison..

    2008 Playoffs

    Atlanta- 24th in total defense
    Carolina- 18th in total defense
    Philadelphia- 3rd in total defense
    Pittsburgh- 1st in total defense

    2009 Playoffs-
Green Bay- 2nd in total defense
New Orleans- 25th in total defense

Tell me something..in 5 playoff games, which one did the Arizona offense have a bad game? Against some of the top defenses in 2008 and number 2 in 2009, which game was a bad offensive game for the Cards?

Warner took it to another level last night..I havent seen him that intense since last playoffs..I would not discount having us play on the road, in a DOME against a shoddy defense like you have so quickly.

You are forgetting something, I'm not making excuses, but this defense never played with their starting line up after the 5th game, everyone is healthy and rested so we shall see my friend.

Wallstreet seriously was that not the most overrated 2nd ranked defense that you have ever seen??? Do me a favor go and look at the last 6 games they played and here is why you can be called the 2nd ranked. All I am saying is that, you have two young RB'S with less than 3 yrs of experience combined in the league, let alone the playoffs, BOL you will need it.

    So was Minny overrated?

How about Pitt last year? Philly last year? Carolina last year? Giants last year?

People were debating the hell out of me all week about how great the Pack defense was.

All that aside, is New Orleans a better defense than Green Bay? Minny? Pitt last year? Philly last year?

Your defense has been cracking..you are even below last years numbers, it is a good thing you had a great start because at the rate you were going, Carolina would have caught you..

I like the Cards. We'll see but the wheels just fell off the Saints bus at the end of the year. Personally I'd like to see them win it all just for the story and I like Brees as a guy but based on recent performances, hurt or not, of the 4 NFC teams left at this point I'd rank them 4.

Brown nosing or not, your replies are lacking content and are obviously blind towards your team-

Yeah, I looked it up yesterday, and those numbers stink, IMO.

    From earlier post.

Wallstreet...interested to hear ur thoughts on the matchup in the Superdome.  Do u honestly see them winning this game? Can the D slow down the Brees Express?  U know they are gonna be taking a long look at the film after this defensive performance.

The film will show 75% of Rodgers passes are buttonhook type routes to the right side of the field for the most part. A few buttonhooks to the left side.

Rodgers is not a good QB in the pocket yet. He has to scramble out of the pocket otherwise throw a buttonhook or the pass down the middle when Driver / Jenning is in the slot. Green Bay runs a very basic style of passing game with very low risk passes to protect to QB.

My point is that the Saints run a totally different offense. They throw to all areas of the field, not just to the right side, and they throw way more than buttonhooks 75% of the time.

Brees is light years ahead of Rodgers, but if Brees knows he can throw buttonhooks and one get touchdowns or a near touchdown on one (Jenning long run) then they might decide to run a basic highschool style of attack like the Packers.

This game will either be a Saints blowout or a Cards SU win.

Most teams run more than buttonhooks for an offensive game plan. Check the film on many GB games to check on buttonhook after buttonhook.

Saints will not change what they do to throw these types of routes 3 out of 4 passes.

Do you really believe this?  If so, I think you need to watch more football.  I'd say that the Ravens and Cards are the two teams that have the LEAST REAL possibility of making the Bowl and winning it.  Not saying that it won't happen, but they are both longshots for sure....

    WSC-

I was telling my gal that I was glad that I wasn't a fan of either team because it was one of those games that will probably stick with you for a long time if you were on the losing side.

Congrats.  I think the NFC is completely wide open.

    Thanks Hutch!

I wasnt thrilled about the matchup honestly and I thought (and think) it was tougher than what will face them going forward.

Terrible odds dude. You really need to get Matchbook... I put some on them at +4000 before their game w/ the Pack last week. I had a future's bet on the Pack to win the NFC from August, so I hedged out some & glad I did. I think they win the NFC & hopefully for my sake the whole thing. However, with getting those awesome odds from MB, I have plenty of room to make some back...

I hope your team does the job this year.

Also, I love this time of year & the way you get so defensiv..... err... I mean passionate about your Cards.....
You are really taking offense when people argue the other side of an Arizona game and it's so obvious to see. Maybe you should set an example of how members of this forum should act when discussing a game instead of arguing like a jealous girlfriend. Saintsfan504 has some good points & the Cards have their toughest game ahead of them this Saturday.

Anyway, if you win, I win, so I hope you win.....

    Wish me luck!
