Huhh..Clearly you dont watch football or the Saints.
Moore has gotten in about 5 plays a game for the Saints in their last 8 games or so. He's their No. 4 WR.
Uh, yes I do. No. 1, I'm a diehard Saints fan, and No. 2, I could probably name you every CBS and FOX announce team off the top of my head.
In any case, it was more than five plays and this is the Super Bowl. Lance is coming into this WELL under the radar and he's already proven. They're definitely going to bust out more plays for him, since the Indy D will be anticipating greater production from the obvious suspects - Colston, Meachem, Henderson - or Bush on trick plays. Most importantly, they could trust him. Him and Brees are good friends off the field, and you know Drew will use this wild card up his sleeve, knowing how reliable Moore can be on any occasion.
If you want to play the unlikely card, well, how many times have we seen unlikely heroes in Super Bowls? Too many to count, and he seems like the perfect tailor-made fit for this circumstance.
What will you say to me when he ends up with four or five grabs for 60 yards? All he needs is two catches - two in a game that has the potential to boast 70 combined points. He's active, his skillset is obviously that of a No. 1, and he's reliable. All you need is two catches to win, and I know I'll be cashing big on this one.

And I'd just like to add that I successfully bet on Santonio Holmes winning Super Bowl MVP last year so when it comes to predicting a receiver's potential breakout in a Super Bowl contest, my credibility is as good as anyone you'll hear on this forum or on TV.
Thus, expect Lance Moore to make an impact and easily exceed 1.5 receptions.

Haha point taken, can't argue with that. While I'm new to the boards, though, I've been a visitor of Covers for awhile now and am definitely somewhat of gambling veteran. Since I bet on Holmes winning Super Bowl MVP last year, I feel that should at least give me some credibility in regards to this Lance Moore projection so hopefully it happens

I completely agree with you that dallas clark has a big game. would you play the over 6.5 receptions or on betjam i can get 69.5 yards receiving. i was leaning on the over receptions, he catches a lot of short 3 and 1 catches for a first down, good luck

Well...Lance had two receptions against Arizona and one against Minnesota. So id say books are pretty close.Id lean over the 1.5 but thought he had a better year looking back. gl

He was in my fantasy team last year and had crazy numbers each week. This year he had loads of injuries but now he is healthy and as already stated, under the radar...

I like the Lance Moore over 1.5 also.

I think I'll tail the L. Moore thing, just 1.5 is so easy to win and I expect the Saints to be launching (since they will be losing the whole game) Also ...
L Moore Over 1.5 receptions -105
National Anthem Over 102 seconds -150 - Underwood milks her time. Any star would want to milk their time.
Exact words "Hurricane Katrina" spoken over 2.5 times -245 - Are they kidding? We will hear about that about 900 times during this game.
MVP thanks God before anybody else +165 - Why not? Who doesn't start off thanking God and +165
There will be a score in first 5:30 +105 - Both offenses too good. It's the most time I could get and still get plus money.

I bet yes they will for +135, I think at least one time in first half colts have a successful drive and get inside the 5, with a 1st & goal, giving them 3 downs to punch it in with addai or brown, GL to everyone on their bets 4 tonight........

Huh? Moore was in a grand total of 4 plays in the SB. He went a wonderful 2 for 21. But since he is a No. 1 WR and I was told he'd end up with "4 or 5 grabs for 60 yards"
