do you really think that the economy is where it is because of Obama?  when Obama got elected a year ago, did you think we were suddenly going to come out of it?  and do you really think it will STAY this way for another 2-3 years?

I voted for Obama with much dismay.  McCain / Palin ticket -  embarassing.  Obama's honeymoon is OVER!  His approval rating was through the roof in 2009 - he pushed his lofty agenda too far.  Massachusetts reeled him in - thank goodness.  But pulling the terrorist alarm and calling the president incompetent is just stupid and wrong.  Put your conservative agenda and hate away.  We better see jobs, banks lending again, small businesses active and vibrant/hiring, and a decline in the unemployment rate quick OR more doom and gloom to come.

being able to recognize a set of patterns and follow them to their inevitable conclusion, is not the same as predicting the future... i never claimed to be psychic... i just don't have my head up my ass so far that light doesn't reach my eyes...

you are clearly slanted in your view, Esplanade... proof is in your claim that we are under greater terror threat today than when Bush was in office... i don't even know where to begin addressing that, but you don't have to be very sharp to know that is bullshit!

at the very best... we have no idea whether or not we are under greater threat now or then... and beyond that, if we are under greater threat now, there is absolutely no evidence to suggest that Obama is the reason for that... obviously, 8 years after attacking Iraqi soil, we were bound to be under threat of terrorism... not just now, but for about the next 100 years... so to blame that fact on the current President is just as short-sighted as someone can possibly be...

i suggest you recind your right to vote... because it took idiots to elect an IDIOT (yes, IDIOT) like Barrack Obama in the first place... and now we are stuck with him for the forseeable future...

let the people who see what the fuck is going on elect our President and we won't end up with completely incompetent Presidents...

the problem is that america is fucked up. there is no wayto fix it. we are spending money faster than we can print it and our wanst have outgrown our needs. a good percentage of americans have reach the " american dream" and found it to suck....being upper middle class is nothing to be happy about like it was 30 years ago....

there is no solution to this complex problem that has been escalating for decades and involves so many things that there is really no good place to start (money/healthcare/welfare/housing/overpopulation/government etc)....

if everybody would take care of themselves and thier own family this country would be better off...
