Hey Prime Time....We Penna. guys gotta stick together..Steeler season ticket holder...Everything points to the Steelers on Sun. eve., and you know what might happen when that shit goes down.......Anything possible in the NFL!!!!..Your insight is always welcome.

Hey man, I am from Pa. but I dont back a Pa. team just because im from the same state. Lets looks at this game & let me try & break it down.

The Steelers are looking for revenge after getting smashed in Baltimore in week 1, cant blame them. The Steelers finally woke up after losing to the Texans in week 4. They showed the Pats they belong with the elite teams of the NFL.

The Ravens have been playing lousy past couple weeks as we all saw Flacco & company have a dismal performance in Florida vs Jax. The Ravens could have easily lost the game last week vs the Cards but Harbaugh must have went nuts on his guys at half time because they outscored the Cards 24-3 in the 2nd half & that will carry over into the Steelers game. 

Odds makers are not stupid, this is the correct line opening it up at -3.5 & the pros came along & snatched up that 1/2 point because we all know it could easily come down to a fg game in the end like that Monday night game with the Chiefs & Bolts. Although there are books out there that still have +3.5, I would snatch that up right away!

Steelers win here & go to 7-2 while the Ravens drop to 5-3? I dont think so......the Steelers have the Bengals next week in Cinci so the Steelers wont lay down or anything, I can guarantee that but neither will the Ravens. I see all 3 top teams in this division with 6 wins after this weekend. Steelers at 6-3 will battle the 6-2 Bengals next week...............

Bottom line, the Steelers defense is playing better but with all this revenge talk floating around, the Steelers may get their hearts broken. This is a very tough game & already took the Ravens ML.


Some trends:


The Steelers are 5-19-1 ATS as a 3.5 or less home favorite.

Steelers are 16-2 ATS when .700 or better off a SU win vs division opponent off back to back non-division.

Got a feeling the Eagles also win next 2 games & the Giants lose their next 2 games & then they both meet up with the same record.

With 6 home teams covering on Sunday night & only 2 road teams cashing so far this season, something has to give soon, will it be the Ravens over the Steelers? I think it will.................

Here is another trend for the Steelers game & anyone backing the Steelers will like it:


Big Ben is 20-1 SU & 18-3 ATS vs division opponents greater than .666 winning percentage.


This trend obviously favors Pitt..................

If you didnt already play this ticket, I would take the Giants, Packers & add the Jets ML in there. As for my favorite 3 team parlay for this week, I would go with Jets ML, Dallas ML & Falcons ML. Those damn 49ers are bound to lose, I mean, in 7 games they are 7-0 ATS, depending if the 49ers were +3.5 vs Dallas or they are 6-0-1 ATS so far.

Skins ML (+160)   $1,000 to win $1,600


Skins win this week, they beat Miami next week & stand at 5-4 when they meet up with Dallas in 3 weeks  which will be 5-4 as well after beating Seattle this week & Buffalo next week.

Eagles the same scenario, they win their next 2 games & will be 5-4 but the Giants lose their next 2 games & will be 5-4 & meet up with Philly in 3 weeks.

I liked the 49ers earlier this week but I just dont see the 49ers covering after being 6-0-1 ATS so far this season, this is the NFL, not college football, they are going down, plus add in my scenario above & there you have it!

This does seem like the play of the week.  The Pats defense is absolutely horrid against the pass and the giants can move the ball.  Giants keep it within a TD for sure.
