Gmen in regression mode playing on unsustainable low level and should bounce back with much better play.
Pats a reverse Bator method play
I saw somewhere teams off shutouts were something like 20-9-1 ATS the next week. But add in Pats off back-to-back blowout losses and on top of that a reverse Bator play.
I'd look for the Pats to really bare-down in practice, be very focused and bring a very big game this week to reverse this embarrassing 2 game run.
Other games line moving in the right direction so let's wait it out for a better line.

Claw: the data base at killersports has:
p:points=0 and A and season>2014 and D
shows (9-5) ATS .Since 2014 after being shutout and as a ROAD DOG the next game.

Just noticed KC after B2B roads last 2 years play down to their opponents the 3rd game regardless of on road or at home.
go back 3 years its more 50/50, lately I feel like KC is this year's Vikings from last year...just skating by and 11 is a big number for a division game that KC hasn't played yet

I really hope that doesn't happen. I think it would be better if the uniforms stayed on and the players would instead bear down and get ready to beat the Raiders.

Thanks, a nice record but not large sample.

3-3 last 6 could mean regression to winning next game if the longer term is a good record. Of course it could also mean that trend is done.

i just saw on you tube a guy posted B2B road games is not terrible, ATS record was like 50.7% if I remember correctly, not like you want to make a play but he was pointing out it is not the negative many make it out to be.
Maybe KC is different, I don't think Mahomes is that good VS larger spreads.

Pats just had the worst loss of Belichick career and 2cd worst loss in back-to-back games. With Brady Pats consistently top 5 team pretty much every year in yards per points margin. Now Pats dead last by a good margin, 6.5 pts worse then the 2cd worst team. When Brady went to Tampa, Bucs finished 4th in yards per point margin and first in pts per plays margin while Pats sunk to 16th. Bucs were 13th the year before Brady showed-up.
Brady was one of the most efficient QB's with his yards.
Andy Reid never won a SB, he did make 4 straight NFC Championship games but unfortunately for him, he was 1-3 in those games. He never made a SB in KC before Mahomes, but the minute Mahomes steps onto the field all of a sudden Reid is in 3 SB's and won 2 of them losing only to Brady.
Should be pretty clear by now, it's the players that win not the coaches. Coaches contribute, some more then others, but just like all the players, they contribute as well and some more then others but at the end of the day players win not coaches.
I'd look for "the players" to respond big-time today for the Pats, professional players have to much pride to get beat-up the way they did and not respond with a huge effort.
