Excellent job on the year URISS. I like the plays this week. Atlanta can run the ball against anybody in the league, for a team that has trouble running the ball the Pack is a team that will probably surprise some people this year. And what can you say about Indy, just sit back and watch number 18 do what he does best. On the fence about that Jax game, goin to wait a little closer to game time. Like reading your threads. BOL

NY Jets - 2 1/2 (bought 1) *******7 Units (Very Large) First very large play of the season

Why are you so high on Denver? Back to back road games on the East Coast and they're going against the #1 pass defense. The Broncos can't rush the football. Any thoughts here...

Everything you say is true but lets take a look at the passing game of the teams the Ravens have played so far... I think you would agree the passing game against the teams they have played so far are non existent... The Jets did not open the play book for Sanchez in week 1 and refused to call a play that was more than 10 yards down the field...If they would have let Sanchez "play" that game would have been a loss for the Ravens, I'm confident in that... Now the Bengals Browns and Steelers I don't think I need to tell you that either team is a threat down the field, The Steelers with their 4th string QB, The Bengals have struggled to come together on Offense at the time they played (still lost) and the Browns are the Browns ... None of that means anything but thats why the Ravens are #1 against the pass... Its a ll relative only 4 weeks into the season...
Now the Broncos... Denver can throw the ball with anyone and the Ravens will struggle... I understand that the Broncos struggle with the Run but there are pros and cons with both teams in this game... Baltimore is not as good against the pass as their statistics say they are currently, that is a fact. The Broncos have not really even made an attempt to even try and establish a run game in any game this year, that is not what they are... The Broncos have plenty of offense to cover 7 1/2... Can they win? Possibly... Will they get blown out? Probably not, especially with their ability with big plays... Will this game fall within the spread? That is my guess.. I believe Denver is in this game from start to finish
I do not like this spot for the Ravens ... They have played FOUR very physical hard fought battles this year to open the season... Jets, Browns, Bengals, and Steelers... NFL games do not get more hard hitting and physical than those 4 games than the Ravens have played this far... I can only assume that they are feeling it coming into this week, especially coming off an extremely physical game with Pitt... This reasoning has definitely influenced my play along with what I stated previously...
In my opinion Denver will cover tomorrow and I believe may even steal a win in Baltimore ... I like this spot for Denver especially getting 7 1/2... I could be 100% wrong but that is my opinion as you asked... BOL

What I forgot to mention The Ravens lost to the Bengals the week after facing a hard fought physical game with the Jets... I played the Bengals in that game for many reasons but that being one of them... very similar situation here with the Broncos... The Ravens are coming off an intense physical game with the Steelers and now have to face a powerful passing offense and win by more than a TD.... I just don't see it happening... That's why I like the Broncos

Good luck URISS. Solid picks. Not too sure about Denver though.
Last year they went into Baltimore and lost by 30.. I know I understand different season but Denver is not much improved since last season, Plus they had Brandon Marshal last season.. Just something to think about..

Pinn and the Greek are stuck on -4 for the NYJ game.....I agree with where your coming from with the 1/2 pt here. I like to play safe as well, but a full point and a half is just too much on these two site right now. ...-2.5 is at -176...WTF...I guess I'll try waiting a little longer and hope to hit it when it hits(maybe) -3.5.....THAT or have to settle for the -3..........at -150 I might add...that's terrible as well....

yeah that's a lot, I don't think this line is going to move anymore... My plan was to wait until Sunday night or Monday morning to lock a play in cause the line was moving in the Jets favor early in the week with the whole Moss trade,,, and than Brett took his dick out and the line moved back to its open... My guess was that Minny was going to get a lot of action late Sunday night and Monday morning, but I no longer think that way with this Favre non-sense going on... I think your ok at 4 but I bought because I fear the back-door from 10... But I honestly think the Jets win by 10+

you are the only one i see on the board on Jax. BOL pal
Yeah I'm surprised I haven't been called a "square" yet this week... Buffalo is your typical "sharp" bet this week and people think they know something no - one else does in this game... The thing is this is the only place where you see so much Buffalo action, but in general this game is getting no action whatsoever.
