Here is my current Grade for Our Bills Roster
QB B- like Edwards potential , could use quality vetern backup
RB A- losing Jackson ... Maybe a 4th/5th rounder would be nice..Lynch is a beast and would be amazing with an average line in fron of him..
WR C+ Lee Evans cant beat a Double team to save his life. Reed was excellent on 3rd down. Hardy is a nice long term project. I was impressed by Stevie Johnson...I doubt the Bills will look at WR's this draft before the 6th round
TE D+ Royal is supposed to be a good runblocking TE... I didnt see it this year,,,Derek Fine played ok late in the year ... I would love a Nice Pass catching TE in rounds 2 or 3.
OT F Jason Peters is total Joke ... How the hell did this Fat Slob make the Pro Bowl ??? I would have cut him when he held out .. He is a horrible run Blocker and gets killed by speed rushers,, if anything i would move Jason inside to G.... L Walker is has been so/so but he looks tired alot ... Kirk Chambers provided decent depth but his potential is limited..
OG D+ Derrick Dockery is not living up to his contract... Maybe Peters is to blame ?> Bills should add a FA or 2 IMO

DE C- without Schobel the Bills had zero pass rush.. Fewell never changed the schemes and Denney was left out to dry in Zone Pass coverage... Kelsay 2.5 Sacks really ??
DT B+ I thought Stroud played great at times ...especially not having much help ... I was hoping for more from Kyle Williams ..
OLB C- Not much speed here ... losing Crowell really hurt..Maybe pint sized Rookie Alvin Bowen woudl have helped..why didnt they blitz Mitchell more ??
ILB C POZ guesses the wrong Gap alot ...room to grow and hopefully he takes a big jump next year...
CB B- I Like McKelvin alot ... he has a ton of potential...Mcgee gets toasted alot ... Reggie Corner played well later in the year...
S C Donte's injury woes killed the secondary this season .. KO Simpson looks like a fraud and i will be shocked if he is here in 2 years ...
The Mawae injury seems like a joker in the deck. Fisher says he's day to day. Mawae says he's not playing? I know there's rule that prohibits coaches from false injury listings. Is there anything stopping Mawae from playing possum? I know Warren Sapp called Mawae a dirtbag on Inside the NFL. 
I'd love to have someone to run behind when 1 yard is needed (you are right about the Center position). I was actually happy when they drafted Mike Williams.
