Prime, thanks for posting.  Quick question...what are your thoughts on GB Team Total over 24???

Yes, Bears run defense is solid BUT from what I've read this week they are pretty banged up in their d-backfield.  GB's strength is in their pass game anyway so this plays nicely for them.

Plus, their return game on Special Teams is ranked 2nd in the league giving them great field position (knock on wood) typically.

sportsbook shows 84% on spread on packers.......the jets clobbered the bookies last night.....can't see vegas boys getting hammered again...........just saying.

I dont like yeam totals, its tough enough trying to guess the spread winner, good luck if you play the team total.

Keep in mind that Chicago has played well on MNF under Lovie, going 4-1 in five appearances. Plus, the Packers are just 3-8 in their last 11 under the MNF lights.

Underdogs have gone 2-1 SU and 3-0 ATS this season. The ‘under’ has gone 2-1 on MNF this year, but it could be 3-0 if it wasn’t for some late fireworks and conversions in last week’s battle between the Saints and 49ers (25-22).

Smith is 7-5 versus the Packers as a head coach, while Green Bay's Mike McCarthy is 4-4 against both Smith and Chicago as a head man.

bears remind me of last year's packers team.. good , but not polished

hate to give points to home team on MNF, especially in Chicago, but i will take the better team here with less juice.

We can go back & forth with numbers that favor both teams tonight but the better team (Gbay) will win this game easily. You will not see a nail biter like last night.

Tough one for me to cap.  
I love the packs passing game but their run game worries me.  I'm hoping that they go 5 wide as much as possible and take the best part of Chicagos D out of the game.

I think both teams will put adequate pressure on the qb, and I think Rodgers will handle that pressure a lot better than Cutler.  I know Cutler has been good this year, but I can't trust him under pressure knowing that he will force it to hester every time.

Both teams DBs are rough, but I'll give the egde to the pack just for having Woodson back there being one of the best in the league.

If chicago finds a way to shut down green bays passing game, theyll win. I Do not think they will do that, and I think they will have trouble moving the ball against the pack.  I could see the pack winning by as much as 2 tds. Chicagos home field could keep them in it, but I dont think it will be enough.

Will take pack -3 (-120) with a little sprinkled on the alternative spread of -10.5 (+250).

This is a tough game to pick because both teams haven't really faced tough competition as of yet. Yes, the Bears were lucky to squeak by the Lions but the Lions have shown, they are not AS BIG of push overs as they have been in years past. I have to give the advantage in this game to the Bears, they are at home and after two sub-par campaigns are looking to get some attention from the rest of the league. To me, the tipping point in handicapping this game is the public backing of GB. Whenever you have a game  this tight and you have over 70% leaning one way. You have to go opposite.

All I know is, everytime I've seen Jay Cutler play in the national TV spotlight he has performed miseribly(numerous interceptions).....so Packers or no play for me.
