dude this is the PATRIOTS we're talkin bout...as long as bill bellichik is runnin the show..he kno what hes doing. EVERY year new people come in and old people go out..but they still cover spreads like theres no tomorrow...they are an exception and u think bills r gonna stop em tonite. even when TO hasnt really playd in preseason with them and hes not really in sync with edwards. he even admitted that he's not in shape for the new no huddle offense...last year rodney harrison was a non factor. tedy bruschi was also a non factor (jerod mayo took his shine) the only thing significant is richard seymour and vrabel...dat doesn't mean bills r gonna lite it up tonite

I can see your angle but your play was premature the line is now 13 at brother at some spots and may climb to 15 by gametime yet as you yourself called. Why did you play it at 11.5?

You asked for it...1) Brand new "O" Co-ordinator, 2) Very little to NO PRODUCTION by "O" in pre-season. 3) NO Marshawn Lynch ( I personally think Freddie will do as well.) 4) Very pourrous "O" line. 5) Un-tested NO HUDDLE with T.O. ( did miss loads of pre-season time.) I'm trying to buy in and would love to see Bills spring the "spread upset" - unfortunately do NOT see it happening. BOL

Every smart gambler should know that 1 of the dogs will cover 2nite. So why not put down ur normal bet on the Bills and if they lose double it on the Raiders? If the Bills win just walk away 4 the nite.

dude EVER SINCE U CAME HERE?? i dont kno wut picks uve given since u JOINED IN JAN 2009 AND THIS IS WEEK 1 OF THE 2009 SEASON...maybe u had a good roll in other sports but lets be realistic here this is probably like ur 2nd bet of the year for the NFL...ill give u the benefit of the doubt that u gave a pick for last seasons superbowl

brady will lit it up tonight.he had alot of playing time during the preseason and that just what he needed,to get his mojo back he will have a good night patriots by 14+ pts...

you also used the last preseason game in your analysis, which is far from relavent.

 

You think that since the Bills had no O and fired their coordinator, they will be better?

Good thread so far guys. I am on the PATS -10 though (bought the hook). I agree with some of your points about the young defence and brady being a bit rusty but here is how i look at it.
A semi Rusty Brady (even though i feel he wont show much) is still much better than a good Edwards. YES the Pats gave up alot of sacks last year but i think that was attributed to an inexperience Cassel last year who wayyy to often in the 1st half last year held the ball too long. If there is one thing Brady does better than any other QB that is get rid of it quick and hit his progressions quick.
The defence is young and inexperienced and i might worry about this more when they take on a top level offence but with what 1 FG in 15 possesions by the Bills 1st team offence i think they should be able to hold them in check.
Bottom line i see the Pats scoring into the 30's and Buf struggling to put TD's up. Final score.

happens all the time, only said teams do not fire their O Cord before the games even start. That is when you know you are really bad.

I'll tell you what, I lost a lot of money when I was 27 and learned from it. good luck this season.

Hey man, I am sure you are a solid capper, no direspect. I am just trying to find flaws in your reasoning. That is what this forum is for. Exchanging Ideas, it isn't about posting plays and saying I am the best capper. we should all be here to help beat the "Man." The only way Bills cover would be like last year, when Cheifs covered opening game becasue brady was knocked out early.

i kno wut ur talkin bout...it was like the colts or pitts couple years ago when they were 0-4 in preseason and won the superbowl that year...yea..the bills are DEFINATELY not that kind of team. nobody gives a fiduck bout ur bets for college football and basketball. those r TOTTALLY 2 DIF MARKETS FOR BETTING. and ur losing mad credability rite now saying that nonsense ur mouth is spraying

classic Jayhawker -using too little of information to come to overall solution - Go back to last year and run same numbers - double digit dogs were 17-4 ats and lost 20 of the 21 games - you cannot run low grade stats plans on a complex problem. They might win both games by 30 but has nothing to do with your breakdown.
