He throws 4 interceptions against Cleveland, yet manages to construct a game winning drive in the final minutes. Philly doesn't cover, but they win SU, so it doesn't look like he completely tanked it.
We know the guys' lack of character and how much money he lost due to his suspension. Is it totally out of the question that something was fishy here or is he just an overrated POS.
Just to be clear, I didn't touch this game, believe what you want. I am curious as to whether people in this forum believe that point shaving exists or that anyone who asks the question is just a sore loser.
Additionally, for those who think point shaving does exist, what are some good examples?

Got 40 years experience in sports gambling....REMEMBER ONE THING---THE NFL IS A "BUSINESS" FIRST, THEN A SPORT!"....Take the gambling out of it, and it loses well over half of it's popularity....Therefore, to make big money, businesses "MUST" be controlled....Hell, I can site many examples, even tons of them at the collegiate level.....Over 50 years ago, Alex Karas and Paul Hornung, pro football Hall of famers, were both investigated for gambling.....Pete Rose?....If you believe that this shit isn't fixed, then you believe in Mother Goose!....And Vick??....Why not?.....All ya gotta do is gamble yourself, know the spreads, and watch the games...Just like you did!

Yes, some players are aware of the line for various reasons. I don't think it's far fetched to believe some players alter games to help their "buddies."
I enjoyed it and learned some eye opening information about some of the BIGGEST stars in sports.

Vick just sucks, why havent people realized this. He came in for Kolb and lit up Green Bay a few years back and has had about 4 good games since and everyone still views him as a stud. Can I say Donavan McNabb...... his run is done people.

My money on Philly, if Green-Ellis can run were Suggs should be McCoy can do better! AlsoThey will be playing hard for Andy Reids loss. This match up favors Philly if this is not enough Philly secondary is twice as better then Cincy oh and Ed Reeds hammy is a little sore... Just a thought

There is way too much conspiring and bullshiting around this forum. Mike Vick is not shaving points. Vegas doesn't KNOW the outcome of every game. 9/11 wasn't arranged by GWB. Lol. I cannot believe that people believe the shit that they do.

Afew years ago gents, and I was at the game with the Steelers...They were 6 point chalk I believe, were up 5, and on the last play of the game, the opposition(raking my memory who), on their own 10, threw a pass to the side that WAS BEHIND THE QB.....Polamulu intercepts, runs in for a short TD, the game is over....Pittsburgh wins and covers, right?--WRONG!!....All hell broke loose as there was no signal from any ref that it was a TD....The broadcast quickly ended, and the score remained Pittsburgh by 5.....Thr Arizona St. basketball player, of who a movie was made, was shaving points for the big boys in Vegas, years ago but got too greedy!....He served time....A running back from Northwestern, years back, ADMITTED to fumbling twice inside the five yard line as not to score....And members of the Boston College football team, a few years ago, were bettung their own games with books who were real estate agents in Massachusetts....3 years ago, three members of the Toledo basketball team were indicted for giving info to the mob in Detroit, who was pushing it off to Vegas....And boys, go way back to the FIRST Super Bowl of the AFC-NFC....Two star players admitted to being in on the fix so as to make the AFC look better and more competitive....Afterall, Joe Namath said and KNEW before the game that as a17 pt doggie, they were going to win outright....He was bragging about it on the beach....I got tons more, including talking to an NFL starting QB at a wedding, but believe what you will, where there is mpney, there's corruption....I AM "NOT" saying that every NFL game is fixed, but there's a shitload more than you realize....And rem. I'm speaking from 40 years experience watching this stuff, and wagering too!
