Did you just see that crap! Ref thought atl had no timeouts so they pickup the flag thinking no will run the clock!! So obvious!

Oldasskorean. Saints would have been down inside of the 10. There was about 1:48 left. Being that close refs cant predict if saints are gonna punch it in to guarantee a victory or if atl will let saints score. Refs cant take that chance so they gave the penalty. If there were no timeout then saints take knees guaranteed

yeah first and goal with 1:48 left. Falcons burn their last timeout and all Saints would have to do is kneel 3 times. Last tine I checked 40+40+40= 2 minutes.
