Once everything is put in oredr, there is a bunch of guys coming in from Vegas to run the sportsbook. This was established from the get go. It will be run like a Vegas casino so im assuming whatever applies in Vegas also applies here in Delaware. 1st half bets, 2nd half bets, etc.

That would mean corporates; which means low limits and limited betting options. There are only a handful of books in Vegas that cater to serious players.
I'd much prefer off shore bookies from some of the respected shops to run the operation. But since we've never had this available "legally" before, we should be thankful for anything we can get.
