Just and case you do read this tho. You have all the key elements on your team. The only thing you need to change is get rid of Romo and Dez and your team will shine. Keep changing the coach and your team will always be shit.

looks to me like Dez is the biggest problem. I am no fan of Romo , but I think he is better than a lot of qb's in the nfl

Need to get Dez on track and get a new O-line

I dont want to be the one defending romo but I dont think he is the problem. he was 31-43 with over 300 yrds.

1. Dez triggered the 1st interception by not running the assigned route.

Dez dropped 3 passes

2. 2nd interception was after driving down to the 6 yrd line and Romo's pass bounces off ogletree's hands.

3. fumble or not , it was a freak play (but not so freakish with Romo)

4. and 5. interceptions were clearly underthrown but dallas was in desperation mode and Romo ws forcing passes down field.

romo has always been flakely and that is a coaching issue. Dez Bryant should be sent packing.

Good teams either don&#x27;t have fluky things happen to them OR..they rise above them.  I really don&#x27;t think Romo has a very good supporting cast right now.  Especially Bryant.  He&#x27;s putting out about 25% effort right now.  Look at Alex Smith.  Everyone gave him up for dead.  You get a good coach like Jimmy, and things start to get better and feel better.  You get a better coach, and things will turn around for your team.PS..GIve Jimmy Johnson a call...he&#x27;s not doing much right now.

a good example of shitty coaching is how they have worked Felix Jones. Felix Jones is a superb running back and they cant get production out of him. (he did have a 13 yrd run on his only touch)

when they played Seattle, Felix fumbles the opening kickoff, and Jason Garrett is ready to kick him off the team.

cowboyfan1325 - 17-7 in the third quarter the game isn&#x27;t over. Good/great teams know how to overcome the bad things that happen in a game for whatever the reason may be. Dallas is my favorite team...but Chicago obviously was the better team on that night. They also had a better game plan. Cowboys will finish 8-8 this year. At the Ravens on the 14th. Two weeks to prepare good luck...don&#x27;t see that game being close.

Romo is far from the main problem. As someone said, there are many other QB&#x27;s in the league that are not playing as well, but are winning. The line has sucked and the huge swings in performance from week to week is coaching in my book.

Just too add 1 more thing. This team lacks leadership PERIOD. You have some very good players, but that doesn&#x27;t always make that person a leader. When you draft guys like Bryant and caudle them and then make them your #1 WR when they really don&#x27;t even know what they are doing....you are in for some problems.

I mean ya...it would have been nice for the defense to get a  stop..but they didn&#x27;t. They were driving back down the field and then the interception happens. I am a Romo supporter. I wanted Wade to get fired when he did...just didn&#x27;t want Garrett to be the coach. I wanted Harbuagh or Jimmy Johnson. I don&#x27;t like it when the head coach and offensive coordinator is the same person. There is a lot of issues on this team and Romo isn&#x27;t all the blame. I think he can be a very good quarterback. I feel like he tries to do too much...which is understandable because who is helping him out?

The &#x27;Boys will only get better when Jerry fires himself. &#xD;&#xA;In the meantime, no big name coach will want that HC position knowing that JJ is overlooking his shoulder. JJ needs to take a page from Mark Cuban and just enjoy the game while quit sticking his nose into every decision making process.

The head coach, receivers and o-line are some of the main problems with the Cowboys.  What happened to the Cowboys running game?  They can&#x27;t run the ball at all this year and the offense has looked out of sync.  I think I am going to be fading the Cowboys for the most of the year most likely because I don&#x27;t think they are a good football team.

The defense seems to be a very cohesive unit and disciplined, but can&#x27;t say the same for that offense. It&#x27;s like no one has got the stones to get into Romo and Bryant&#x27;s faces at all. Instead, they get that "forget about it, we&#x27;ll get them next time" slap on the back approach.

I&#x27;m saying the Cowboys are averaging 16.3 points per game. You know who is worst than that? Jacksonville and that is it. That puts all the pressure in the world on the defense...because they know the offense can&#x27;t get it done.

The O-line actually played a good game last night. The fault lies more with the skills position, namely Romo and his receivers, outside of Jason Witten.
