My thoughts (re-posted from a Falcons forum)
Wilson was pretty terrible against the blitz yesterday. Spoon, Owens and
Moore should have nice games depending on Nolan's scheme for the day.
Nice stat from Yasinkas today:

"When sending at least five pass rushers, the Falcons allowed
opponents to complete only 50.3 percent of their passes – a figure that
put Atlanta at No. 3 in the league."
The run defense has done a nice job on some of the better backs
throughout the year, but has played down to the shitty ones. Hopefully a
well-rested D-Line pays dividends.
Not sure if Seattle is planning on flying back home or straight to
Atlanta. They either packed their bags for 3 weeks of traveling or are
going to have flown ~8,215 miles between SEA > DC > SEA > ATL.
1pm game on the East coast after the games they've played the last
couple weeks has to have some sort of effect.
Offensively I think we're going to see a wide open game plan. I'm
convinced we toned things way down over the last 6-8 weeks of the season
since the #1 seed was rarely out of our grasp. Smitty has made it clear
to the team that it's all about the postseason and I'm confident that
most of the dynamic play-calling was avoided so to not put anything on
film. We stopped getting Julio the ball in space as much as we did in
the 1H of the season - his big plays were mostly just beating people
over the top on go routes. Instead we went back to our bread and butter
plays of getting Roddy the ball on the outside and also got Quiz lots of
snaps to see what he can do.
I was one of the biggest doubters of Turner going into the season but
I'm optimistic he will have a good postseason after seeing some flashes
of his old-self down the stretch of the regular season. His rest limited
snaps will pay off. He's been as confident as ever all year long
despite not winning your fantasy league for you.
Huge game for Tony G. Most of the success WAS had seemed to be with
getting the ball to whomever was lost on the plays that went that extra
second. Tony's best trait.
I'll hold on a prediction until later in the week, but feeling good.
Smith said Abe will play the Monday after his injury. Speculation, but has to be a good sign
