I'll take the saints to cover 20pts. Its in a dome, and the saints have been showing poor stats lately in the first half. I would bet my life the saints come out super strong scoring at least 17-28 in first half.

The play will be Saints 2nd half. Rams might hang for a while with Steven Jackson but once they are down a couple scores the Rams have no passing game to backdoor nor can they stop the Run. Saints defensive TD is probable in the 2nd half also as the Rams have given up many this year and Saint have scored seven.

i like the way your thinking... that panthers/saints game took alot out of the players, a few said it was extremely physical and i wont be shocked to see the rams cover +14. like you stated in post #1, the saints have been through a tough few weeks and who really wants to get fired up to play the lowely rams... i see a nice DD home dog cashing... its the NFL guys, any team is capable of beating another team given the right week and circumstances, saints will do just enough to win but wont cover....

i think the rams could win....bulger isnt as bad as he is![]()
and jackson is an absolute stud
no more unbeatens after this week
If the Saints do not cover this spread I will not gamble the rest of my life. STL is terrible, yes we have Steven Jackson but that is it. Im not to sure jackson can beat an undefeated team on his own which is what he will need to do.
Stl defense is horrible giving up 221 pts this season 4th most in NFL which is trouble considering NO has scored the most points in the NFL with 303, NO will put 40+ up on Rams. A better thing to point out is the Rams have only scored 77 points which is less than 10 points a game. I cant see any result happening where they cant cover even 17 unless they dont show up to the game.
NO -13- I expect that to be 14- by game time

The reason why the Saints could not cover the large spread points is because the Falcons and Panthers are a good average teams.
The Rams however are the worst NFL team along with the Browns.

I tell you what, the Saints will remeber 2007 season when the Rams were like 0 and 7, I think, and they went to the Super Dome and won their first game. Sean Payton will remind them about this. Guys the Saints are full steam ahead, take the Saints and points in this one. They have won every game by DOUBLE DIGITS this season.![]()

I also will drink the Saints kool-aid this week. The Saints will put up 40 or more this week and I definately don't think the Rams put up 20.
And PrimeTimeBoys, do you honestly think the Rams could win this game, COME ON!
