If Foles has a 3 td, 270 yards, Leads the Eagles on a game winning drive and delivers the Eagles to their first Super Bowl, How do the Eagles approach the QB situation next year. I mean, Brady took Bledsoe's job, If Foles wins the SB, He's the starting QB heading into preseason.

First thing first, who do you like in this Super Bowl, spread or money line wise?

I don't know, I saw Wentz on the sideline yesterday and he had one of those nervous, anxious, 'i'm happy but i'm not happy' facial expressions yesterday whereas Lurie was dapping Foles and dancing, Crazier things have happened in the game.

To all the people saying 'Wentz is their guy', Do you know anything about football? Week 1 next year, Super Bowl Champions Eagles host the Redskins. Redskins win 27-17, Wentz throws 2 int and has a bad game, Week 3 at home to the Cowboys, Eagles lose again, In the 4th quarter those drunk Eagles fans start yelling 'We want Foles, We want Foles', It's a possible scenario IF and that is the keyword, IF the Eagles win the Super Bowl this year with Foles playing well.

You probably said the same about Bledsoe being the Pats guy.

If the Eagles win their first Super Bowl and Foles plays well, How in the world do you tell a Super Bowl winning QB, He's no longer the starting QB the following year? Absurd.

Next to Tony Romo, unless someone picks him up.

    Just kidding - sort of.

I agree that Wentz is their QB regardless of the outcome of the SB..........He led them to homefield advantage with the majority of their wins.......He is the better QB and will be a superstar in this league

Foles has def set him self up for a nice contract in the future though and will be starting for somebody

I hope that is the case. in interviews after the Vikes
game he showed his fatih , character and humility.
I certainly hope there is room for someone like that
    in the NFL next season.

I’m guessing that this owner will stick with Wentz. If the Eagles win with Foles, they’re probably thinking they could have won with Wentz. And because Foles is the journeyman, the younger Wentz gets to keep his job, and the Eagles continues to build around him. If I’m the owner I keep both until there is a market for a qb, there’s no rush to move on.

I think Foles has alot of incentive to play good in the SB, to get the free agent big bucks cuz its still Wentz' team. I dont think Foles would want to be backup again unless he thinks Eagles can win back to back and only cares about rings
Sip on that plus money honey!

If Foles brings the first ever superbowl banner to Philadelphia and winds up being the MVP of the Superbowl he will become an instant Legend in Philadelphia .. the decision to just trade foles will not be that easy .. yes Wentz is the best young QB in the league with a promising future but doesnt deserve Brady/Big Ben/Rodgers treatment just yet although i dont think there is any chance they trade wentz

    This article sums it up...

Foles’ resurgence won’t ignite a quarterback controversy in Philadelphia, because Wentz is expected to recover fully, so he won’t lose his starting position. But Foles’ performance in the last six weeks is a double shot of good news for the Eagles — and for Foles.

Not only has Foles has taken a team to the Super Bowl under rather difficult circumstances, but the Eagles could fetch some draft picks and/or players in an offseason deal with a team looking for a winning veteran quarterback. That team would most likely give Foles a raise and a multi-year contract.

The same way the Ravens did with Dilfer after he won a Super Bowl.  He went to Seattle the following year.  Difference is we have Wentz and not Elvis Gurbac or Cunningham to replace him.  Not really a hard choice.

Uh duhhhh he starts the next 8 years and Wentz is told to either take a hike or get traded. I say he goes to Pitt, then Ben to Washington, then Cousins to Cleveland, and then Kizer to the CFL.

    Gosh...

Foles would go down as the greatest QB in franchise history (to date). His play these few games is a win win for him and the franchise because he gets paid and we get picks that we wouldn’t have gotten otherwise as well as retaining our franchise QB. IMO he’s a Derek Anderson...flashes of brilliance but ultimately no more than a backup QB. Someone will pay him though and he will get a chance to start (again).

    Go birds.
