I jumped in the Bears early too.....I am paying -150 for -6.5

I bought 1 full point when it was -7.5 -110   so I paid 20% per 1/2 point....

I thougth the line would only go up....but it went SOUTH...

 

I guess I am the SUCKA............

but I thought i was last night with GB +10 2nd half......

:)   let's see what happens....

 

I only pay the JUICE if I lose......

Dude, besides the tone you're catching flack for the simple reason you are talking dollar amount instead of units.  No quicker way around here to flame up a thread then to talk big $$ it comes across as BS especially from somebody new to covers.  If your unit is $1,000 a game come out and say it's your POW or whatever and you're putting 10 units on the game. 

Nobody cares what your bankroll or what your unit size is...all people care about here is your posted record and what you offer in terms of information.  As far as respect it's earned by posting winning picks and providing insight.  Welcome to covers and BOL w/ your play!

There is nothing on Covers that sickens me more than the people who jump down your throat for bet amounts.

You know what that means? It means that broke prick couldnt place that bet, so he doesnt think you can. 10K? Yeah, fucking right. Its not even a months salary, yet these people think its the end of the fucking world. They cannot even fathom someone who would take a bet this big. Why? Its because their little minds cant grasp it.

Ignore all of these broke bastards. It must suck not to have money.

Splooge, I really thank you for the advice, I am new to betting sites and I don't know the protocol all I know is sports. Inside and out and from now on I will use units. Hutch why are you getting on me for my wager? -9 @ +115. thats the line my local gave out, I live in Florida and have been using the same cat for 3 years and I trust his lines to a degree. My buddy uses Bet Jamaica and it is 9 as well, if there is a better line.... let me know.   this game is a 10 unit play. I did some looking around and found another hit, the OVER 33.5 for 5 units. NFL record 0-0. good luck guys and remember I have been on the road and been to a lot of places and came to the conclusion that... my mind is on point, if I bet I usually win, no joke. We will see if my 2 bets win out.  I went to the game back in Chicago, back in week 3 i think and the Bears won at the end against the Packers ever since then I have watched and leanred all about this team, truth is I haven't lost a single wager on the Chicago Bears ever since that Monday night.

Capper--I don't wanna sound like a Covers rules official I'm far from it w/ some of my stupid posts at times I'm just letting ya know what flames up the crowd.  It's your perogative to post units or dollar amounts there are no official rules to how you post wagers I was simply offering some advice to avoid the riff raff and negative commentary from entering your threads.  Some around here love the attention and like to flame it up drawing 1000s of views and comments to their posts...those are the drama queens who talk a big game and when it's all said and done they offer very little. You seem like a good dude w/ a lot of confidence in your capping ability.  I look forward to seeing what ya got.  BOL!

You are right on your play the better team will win and cover. Whatever you do dont change your mind and play any money on the ML of the vikes WOW now that is a first, good luck with that! just send your money to me that would be better.

Right, you had money on Douglas over Tyson, and probably the Jets ML in Superbowl 3, not to mention Appalachain State ML over Michigan a couple years ago ... and on and on.  Right.

As for how much you make - congrats to you.  The fact that you look down on people who may make less than you do (I would wager I'm not in that group) shows how much class you have (or don't).
