Uhhh...yeah....but you could also call holding on EVERY play in a game, yet they only call it 5 times......judgment call....they can certainly let things go....but "choose" not to.....

Thats why on a Minus 3 or -4 play, if your going to go large on a play,, take the ML,, if you are that confident that they can win covering the number,, give yourself the safety net and just take the ML,,, Now besides that,, yes those were some ridiculous calls. No argument there, but those kind of calls will help you the next week if they hurt you this week, they always happen,,, Good Luck, hope it turns around for ya,

Refs need to use some common sense... there are rules for good reasons, but use your friggin' head... was that a HIT to the head?  No... just like mentioned earlier.  There are penalties every other friggin' play.  Do they all get called... no.  Refs make judgment calls.  That was either just poor judgment or a ref on the Colts.

Word to the wise.

Especially for games with lines at key numbers like -3, +3. These games usually comes down to the wire.

My system told me that the Eagles would win today as the stars were aligned in their favor. Unfortunately, those things don't account for the point spread.

Forget the flags. The game is what it is and the score is the only thing that matters.

And he's right, we've all been on the right side of these things from time to time.

Its just a matter of "luck" being on your side or not.

Yeah not to throw salt in the wound, but when the points are that low, why not just take the ML?  The price can't be far off from the -2.5 price.

I hear ya... I got the ML at -135 on Wednesday.  Just need to shop around and get the best lines.  BOL!

But it is true. You can even ask the commentators and former coaches that are watching the game.

There are LOTS of borderline HOLDING penalties that don't get called on EVERY play in EVERY game.

It is a judgement call in the end.

But 99.9% of the time, Peyton Manning will get the benefit of the doubt.

Their is a big difference between launching your body at a player like a torpedo and going for a strip of the ball...Lawrence Taylor brought that move to the NFcuckin L...and tons of players used it...Give me 1 example when  a swim move hurt a QB ??????

THIS LEAGUE IS A JOKE,, Take off all equipment and fit the player w/ FLAGS....

I just am tired of watching the NFL and watching players make good plays then the refs throw a flag on something stupid or unrelated to the play so then the play never happened. I think they are ruining the league and eventually it will be almost unwatchable.

The moneyline was -170-ish for hours leading up to gametime... 3 -110 was a logical option, but that was probably where the bait was... many of the Colts backers were just on the ML and Eagles backers on Eagles -3... i dont know if the books actually got killed as bad as you would think on this one.
