Rodgers is going to be a monster this year. ![]()
Guy was just picking apart Indy at will in that 3rd preseason game.
So confident. If he isn't the best now, I'd like you to show me who is. ![]()
Aaron Rodgers carved up the Colts for 19-of-23 passing, 204 yards, and a touchdown in the Packers' third preseason game Friday night.
He also scrambled twice for 10 yards. Rodgers was in midseason form, consistently threading needles and peppering Jermichael Finley (4-41) with targets. Finley was literally uncoverable for the second straight preseason game, though he was used much more extensively tonight. Through three exhibitions, Rodgers is 34-of-43 (79.1%) for 375 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions. He has 18 yards on three rushing attempts. Aug 26 - 10:13 PM

No doubt he is a hell of a QB but Greyhound watch out for my Lions i am really looking forward to seeing the Lions and GB matchup this year. Nice thing is we get to see it twice. The other thing is Rodgers has been around for a while now, give Stafford that same amount of time and if like i said he stays healthy he will be a great one too. Wait till we send Mr Suh after Mr. Rodgers. Our 34-10 win over the Pats was more impressive than your pre season win over the lowly no Manning Colts.

the lions are far from being the worst team in the nfl... i think they will win between 7 and 9 games this year... they will beat a lot of good teams.

wouldnt be a surprise team, a lot of books got heavy action on the lions to do well... I read an article about the lions and how a lot of people bet them in the offseason, i think they said the lions were around +5500 to win the bowl and now at most books they are around +3000..

Stafford looked good but how about the defense that just pounded on Brady.

I think i would put them at 9-7 or 10-6. What part of Canada are you from.

true, i really liked the lions as a surprise team for this year after last season but seems like everyone is on this bandwagon so ive cooled off and talking about detroit...they are everyones 'surprise team' now that i dont think there is any value betting on them now because everyone is 'on' them..the odds are correct or even a little skewed now towards almost overating lions... they are now +2.5 in week 1 . tb was a very high -3 (-117) at one point 1.5 months ago but everyone has hammered the lions..

I agree. Only because the NFC is so tough right now. The East has 3 potential teams, the South has has 3 potential teams and the North is one tough division.
And the Lions are not a surprise team this yeas as everyone is well aware of what the Lions are building.

Panthers, Bills and Jaguars might have pretty tough time ahead of them in the 2011 season. They will have 1, 2 and T3 toughest schedules this season, based on last (2010) year's result.
