Yeah but that's my point. If they trade ben the team crumbles and the fans go crazy. Had they had a good solution without bet he would have been out of pittsburgh in a hurry.

At least the phillies are in good shape. Now they got Lee that rotation is filthy. Doc, Lee, Oswalt, Hamels. Not many teams have 4 aces on one staff. Plus the flyers are in first and the eagles are looking better.

dont really have a hatred for pitt at all (except the penguins).  i guess the phils are way up on the pirates just as the steelers are way up on the eagles.  penguins flyers are a wash. Eagles remind me alot of Pitts of the 90's and early 2000s.  competitive year in and year out but just couldnt get over the hump.  it obvious now that pitts has turned that corner wishing the eagles will eventually turn that corner.

ya, speaking of watching the news.  did you ever hear of dan marino getting in trouble with cocaine while he was in miami?  no, but these same beloved owners, who stupid assholes like you defend, accused him of being a cokehead out of college and didnt draft him.  they knew he was going to be a superstar and didnt want to deal with his contract demands down the road.  they are cheap bastards and do nothing to help this team stay competitive during free agency.  wake the fuck up!
